柏林馬戲團公寓(The Circus Apartments)

Circus Apartments é certamente uma das melhores acomodações que já tivemos. Ambiente limpo e organizado. Apartamento limpo, espacoso, bem iluminado e arejado. Equipe muito atenciosa, simpática e bem treinada. Localização central, perto de tudo e sem necessidade de usar carro. Restaurante no local que serve refeições deliciosas o dia todo.

Il team di The Circus Apartments è stato perfetto. Sono stati presenti fin dalla prenotazione. Gli appartamenti sono facili da raggiungere, 5 minuti dalla metropolitana. All'arrivo Richard ci ha accompagnati al nostro appartamento e fornito di ogni possibile informazione. L'appartamento scelto era molto ampio con una grande porta finestra che dava su un minuscolo balconcino. Molto luminoso. Le camere arredate con gusto ed efficienza. La cucina e living attrezzati alla perfezione, dotazione di tea e caffè. Bagno con doccia e uno con vasca, provvisti di prodotti per la cura del corpo. Una caffetteria di fianco alla reception per una eventuale colazione con vasta scelta di cibi dolci/salati e uno staff cortesissimo e preparato. Bello il luogo, ma le persone fanno la differenza. Consigliatissimo. Torneremo.

Nach all diesen tollen Bewertungen dachte ich, ich könnte nichts falsch machen, aber nachdem ich jetzt nach 3 Nächten 1000.- ärmer bin, denke ich etwas anders darüber… Pros: Lage, super nette & hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter und die großzügigen Apartments.. Cons: KEINE KLIMAANLAGE bei sehr großen Fensterflächen & 30 Grad in Berlin. Ich habe beim Buchen garnicht darauf geachtet, weil ich es in dieser Preisklasse für selbstverständlich hielt. Und keine Verdunklung möglich in den Schlafzimmern; als sehr subjektives Fazit: 3 Nächte echt wenig geschlafen… Die Apartments sind sauber; die Einrichtung kommt aber in die Jahre und funktioniert teilweise nicht mehr richtig. Der Inhalt der Küchenschränke ist sehr spartanisch; für einen längeren Aufenthalt würde es nicht reichen und wir mussten nach jeder Mahlzeit die Spülmaschine anmachen. Wir haben uns in der Gegend und in dem Apartment sehr „ zu Hause“ gefühlt, würden aber aufgrund der geschilderten, wie gesagt sehr persönlichen Empfindungen eher in der kälteren Jahreszeit wiederkommen.

Our apartment was amazing! Spacious, clean, comfortable, well-equipped. All that in a central, convenient location! The staff were all lovely. All in all, this place made our family vacation easy to manage and a lot of fun! I can’t recommend it enough!

I was hesitating to write a review because I wanted to keep Circus apartments a secret just for myself, so I can get a booking whenever I need one. :-) I travel to Berlin quite often and stay there every time, as it's unbeatable in terms of location, cleanliness, size, parking, full kitchen, quietness, friendly service and value for money. They bend over backwards and always respond quickly. You can reach them by Whatsapp anytime if there is an issue.

My partner and I had a wonderful stay at the Circus apartments in November. The apartment was clean, spacious, warm and comfortable and really quiet despite being easily accessible to a huge range of bars and restaurants in both Mitte and Prenzlauer Berg neighbourhoods. The staff were so lovely and helpful throughout our stay. My partner was celebrating her birthday in Berlin and they even included some extra touches like a bouquet of flowers. Coffee shop on the ground floor was great too. Lots of public transport services within a 10-minute walk. Would highly recommend.

We stayed for 4 nights at the circus apartments. And it was excellent. Large, clean and very well equiped apartment (60 m2 for 2 persons). Friendly and helpfull staff. Ecellent location near multiple public transport stations (u, tram, bus) so the rest of the city is within easy reach. You can walk also because the main attractions are between 1 and 3 km. You can rent bikes as well but we didn’t do that because of the weather. Everyting you need to cook a nice meal is there but in case you are looking for somebody else to serve diner there are a lot of nice restaurants in the neighbourhood. Will definitely stay here again when in Berlin.
