我在17年前獨自一人來過柏林旅行，依稀記得那是早晨8點，太陽剛升起來，我在酒店對麪的星巴克仰望着勃蘭登堡門和旁邊這座美麗的豪華酒店。所以12月初，有機會來柏林出差，我毫不猶豫訂了這個酒店。特別開心的是，酒店在滿房的情況下還給我升級了房間，我的房間窗子正對着勃蘭登堡門。雖然是來出差，在房間時間並不長，但是每晚回答房間，或者早上看到窗外景色還是很開心。另外，酒店早餐有亞洲食物角，雖然粥和油條做得一般，但是看到了皮蛋，這些還是讓我很開心。酒店房間沒有燒水壺，電話客房後來給我送來了。我入住時候，正好有東歐政要入住，還有好萊塢來宣傳電影，房價相比倫敦、巴黎等地，算是性價比很高了。下次還會來住。

位置非常好，距離柏林中央火車站大約300米遠。火車站裡有商場，各種快餐，咖啡廳，以及小禮物店，倒地鐵公交也極為方便。 大型四星酒店，房間寬敞，隔音效果好，舒適度高。對中國客人友好，給了一次性拖鞋，牙刷等，早餐也非常好，適合國人胃口。 同樣，酒店也是旅行團首選，會看到各樣的祖國同胞，比如穿着拖鞋的大叔在酒店大堂看抖音，不帶耳機那種。

酒店最好的一點就是它的位置,柏林萬豪酒店就在勃蘭登堡門步行的5-10分鐘之內,恐怖地形和其他許多網站。就在波茨坦廣場,有很多火車和方便的選擇可以繞過柏林。酒店本身是現代的,乾淨的,設計精美。按歐洲標準,房間很大。我喜歡工業、現代、乾淨、高效的設計。桑拿和游泳池很棒。紅外線座椅是傳統桑拿的絕佳選擇。游泳池有點小,但從不擁擠,所以所有溫泉設施都非常令人愉快。行政休息室有點小,選擇較少,但達到了目的。從休息室可以看到風景。這裏的茶和咖啡質量都很高。萬豪精英們要小心:他們在休息室檢查服務員(儘管有鑰匙卡控制出入)。這是我第一次在世界各地住過的50家萬豪酒店中看到這一點,這很奇怪。工作人員高效而樂於助人,但不熱情、熱情或友好。總而言之,這是在柏林的一次很棒的住宿。

這是我們第一次來柏林，我們在這裏住了4晚，酒店位置優越，距離出名的景點都挺近的。步行到布蘭登堡門，大屠*紀念館，聯邦議院，博物館和大教堂等等都挺方便的。此外，入住手續的辦理方便快捷，員工們熱情友好，房間非常舒適，特別是床！不過泳池居然不開放，訂房的時候可沒人告訴我們這一點，挺失望的。不過，距離威斯汀酒店10分鐘路程的另一家酒店可以遊泳！（步行）此外，大堂的wifi很好用。總的來說，到柏林短途旅遊選擇住這裏還是挺不錯的！

我們在這家五星級酒店住了七晚,住得十分開心,在20世紀90年代的時候本來這家酒店時四季酒店(Four Seasons)修建的,但後來四季連鎖酒店(Four Seasons)放棄了這家酒店。 這家酒店就位於菩提樹下大街(Unter den Linden)南邊一個街區的地方,在御林廣場(Gendamenmarkt)的邊緣,從這裏步行即可到達柏林(Berlin)很多最具有文化和政治意義的場所,並且毗鄰一流的高端購物中心和這座城市最美味的幾家餐廳。 沒有比這裏更好的適合遊客居住的地理位置了。 我們的房間十分寬敞舒適、設備齊全,衹是浴缸小得有點離譜。Fischers Fritz餐廳評了較高的米其林星級,這裏真的是名副其實啊。早餐是自助餐,所有餐點一應俱全,並且還可以自己點餐。這裏高雅的裝飾裝修和傢具陳設時典型的四季酒店(Four Seasons)的風格,房間裏有一些很有意思又具有歷史韻味的蝕刻版畫以及現代藝術品。 我們遇到的所有員工都十分友好親切、很有能力。 房間裏可以免費上網,但是如果要無線上網或使用商務中心的設施,價格就偏高了。酒店裡有一家設施齊全的健身中心,還有桑拿浴室。 對那些預算不是很緊張的遊客,我強烈推薦這家酒店。

這家酒店的位置無法被擊敗。它就在Friedrichstrasse火車站旁邊。酒店前麪有一個地鐵站，電車也就停在酒店前。 一樓有一個星巴克，街對麪有一家麥當勞，附近還有幾家大型雜貨店。火車站下方是一些營業至深夜的餐廳。 酒店本身很乾凈，設計也很現代。浴室寬敞，有很多櫃檯空間。床也超級舒服。 如果您打算去柏林，則將這家酒店列為優先事項。

This is a modern functional hotel (which we booked via BA holidays) apparently popular for conferences, so you get the picture. Four of us went for a city break. The hotel is well situated within easy walking distance of Gendarmenmarkt. Spittelmart U-bahn is 2 minutes away. Easy and welcoming check-in. Our rooms were comfortable and spacious. The bathroom had an excellent walk-in shower although the wash basin had the depth of a birdbath. What was surprising was the amount of wasted space in the bedroom with a great void between the bed and the door which could have been used for some proper drawers and shelves. As it was, there was only 1 drawer and 3 shelves, one of which was useful only if you were 2 metres tall (see photo). The wardrobe, if you could call it that, was an open hanging space, but it was situated at right angles to a padded seat (see photo) making accessibility difficult and there was only one chair in the room. Tea-making facilities were available but instant coffee only and powdered milk. We used to take a small jug of milk from breakfast and keep it in the fridge. There was a very good and comprehensive breakfast with just about everything one could want. As a morning tea drinker I cannot comment on the coffee which came from a machine, but there was an excellent selection of leaf teas. The hot food was OK, but nothing cooked to order so that eggs were either warm scrambled or hard boiled. Staff were very helpful and dishes promptly refilled. We didn’t use the restaurant for dinner as the menu looked pretty basic but there are restaurants within walking distance. All in all, nothing special but I would still recommend it for a short stay.

非常好的酒店,價格也很好。我們爲此付出的便宜價格根本沒有反映酒店。由於價格如此合理,我們對酒店的質量持懷疑態度。我想說,價格反映了一家三星級酒店,這家酒店絕對是5星級酒店。我和男朋友在九月底在這裏住了3個晚上,我們肯定會回來的。到達後,我們接待處接待了最可愛的人(我沒聽清他的名字)當他登記入住時,他問我是否是獎勵俱樂部的成員,我只是在幾周前才簽約,所以我不確定這是什麼或意味着什麼。當我讓他知道時我要求我的會員號碼,我不需要交,但他在他的系統中找到了,他把我們的房間升級爲套房。非常感謝,這是一個可愛的接觸,肯定會讓我們想回來。牀很舒服,但是枕頭超級柔軟,所以我們睡了3個!!套裝的浴室太棒了,真的很大,有一個可愛的瀑布淋浴,有一個座位!!還有一個手持淋浴頭,很好,因爲瀑布淋浴沒有洗頭髮的最佳壓力。它也有一個可愛的大浴缸。我們的房間一到就一塵不染,每天都打掃。我從來沒有住過這麼幹淨的酒店,在covid之後,這真的被讚賞了看不到一點灰塵或灰塵。我們的套房在頂樓,屋頂上有可愛的大斜窗,謝天謝地,因爲空調工作不好。九月的時候外面很涼爽,但是酒店真的很暖和,因爲我們在頂樓,我們的房間很暖和,因爲空調不工作,我們不得不打開窗戶,這意味着在睡覺的時候非常吵,特別吵早上,附近的建築工人似乎每天早上都開始6:30AM,我們的房間太熱,無法關上窗戶。我明白噪音當然不是酒店的錯,但如果你想和你睡覺的話,只要稍微擡起頭。窗戶打開。自助早餐還可以-有很多冷飲選擇,有些糕點但不是很多熱食。廚師會煮雞蛋,但你喜歡它們,這是一個很好的獎勵。接待處非常細心,快速解決任何問題。我們需要一些額外的枕頭和洗漱用品,他們在詢問接待處後10分鐘內送到房間。酒店的位置非常好,步行10分鐘內就有公共汽車站和地下/地鐵站。步行15分鐘即可輕鬆到達波茨坦廣場,柏林購物中心坐落在購物的好地方,柏林牆和查理檢查站也離這裏只有幾分鐘的路程Uber真的很便宜,所以如果您不想走路,那麼Uber的價格真的很高。公共汽車超級易於使用,價格也很好,我會100%推薦使用它們四處走動和探索。我不會推薦跳

In summary: Superb breakfast, good rooms, pretty good location (but there are better in Berlin), a few details could be improved. Good value for money. Accor has a huge range of hotels in Berlin, this is for them a midrange offering. The rooms are of reasonable size, I had a huge bathroom, minibar and room safe. Very clean. Bed surprisingly comfortable. Free wifi good enough for video streaming (there's also 'premium wifi' you can pay for). TV and heating controls fussy. Shower gel holder in the bathroom remained empty throughout my four day stay though there was liquid soap by the sink. Reading lights in room below average. Reception friendly, a little chaotic. The hotel restaurant is open in the evenings, snacks and drinks available after hours. Locked luggage storage next to reception. Breakfast is really nice - great coffee and fruit juice, all the rest as you would expect including some cold fish dishes. One level below an 'omelette bar' status but still pretty good for this price level of hotel. Location in Berlin Mitte is pretty good - they're two U-Bahn stations and several bus stops within a few minutes' walk, even though some of the bus schedules are a bit disappointing. Nikolaiviertel is 5 minutes walk away and if you increase your walking time to 15 minutes you can get to Alexanderplatz and Museuminsel easily enough. There are better location hotels in Mitte but it's quite OK really. Good value for money; rates vary quite a bit by day of the week (so if your travel days are flexible play around with your stay dates). I generally stay either more downmarket or more upmarket than this but it's interesting to see how a midrange hotel works - quite OK, though as often in this category of hotel proactive detail management doesn't get priority. I would recommend.

各方面都很不錯的商務型酒店，房間大，設施新。位置也很方便出行。地鐵Bellevue站走過去就五分鐘，出門就是一個小童玩樂區，打的去機場18.3歐。但是housekeeping服務讓人非常失望。到達當天是有送瓶裝水的，但是洗澡時候發現居然shampoo的瓶子是空的，還好自己帶了。然後第二天既沒有給水也沒有refill shampoo，衹能自己打電話要，一開始是housekeeping電話轉到語音，打了前台電話說馬上通知housekeeping，等了二十分鐘沒有來，衹能再打前台，又沒有人接了，衹能再打housekeeping，終於有人接聽，送來了。我嚴重懷疑是因為我沒有留tips，但是旅居德國二十多年的朋友都說酒店打掃不需要給tips，我並不覺得這是他們提供服務的前提。

I don’t think I’ve ever been so contradicted about a hotel before. Overall we had a good stay but there were some signifiant negatives! Positives - great service - nice reception area with selection of drinks. Nice little patio that we sat in each evening - you’lol see why in a mo - perfect location! We love walking and from here it was about 5 mins to brandenburg gate and the reichstag. - 8 mins away walking from the main train station that we headed to from the air port - great river front bars about 10 mins away - clean room - comfortable bed Negatives - I don’t know if this was my fault but I can’t remember seeing anything about a train line. We were in room 217. Half the hotel is literally on the train line. We aren’t talking about uk trains either. I grew up near one and live on a main road so noise it’s not usually a problem. But… this is some heavy duty loud train and they are every few minutes all day every day. They stop I think between midnight and 4am but it is relentless. You do get given ear plugs and you need them. - it was hot when we were in Berlin and there is no air con. We had all the windows open and to be honest it was lovely but the noise, my god. We avoided the room until we were so knackered we passed out. We sat in the courtyard or found a nice park somewhere and had a few drinks so found a nice way round to manage. But you cannot get away from it, and as I mentioned I live on a main uk road. This was like being strapped to the underside of a train and no joke. Even saying that though, because we were walking 16 miles or so a day we did sleep well. We got woke up when the trains started again but my Sony headphones were a saver! - we booked the hotel because it looked quirky and arty. Our room was white with a few black spots and a picture of eyes. It was tired with marks on the wall etc and just didn’t look loved. I think we could have got a better hotel for the same price if not cheaper to be honest. It was a nice hotel in its own way but the charm and the location just wasn’t enough to cover the noise and the lack of excitement about staying there. I thought the hotel would be quirky and unusual and it just wasn’t. Would I stay again? No. £333 for three nights. We had a nice stay but I think that’s because we loved Berlin. The hotel itself was just blah.

多次去柏林出差，住過數個酒店，比較下來，這家Maritim ProArt酒店的性價比最高。首先是位置非常方便，就在市中心，很多喜歡的景點步行即到。周圍的公共交通、購物等設施鱗次櫛比，很熱鬧；其次，房間設施和服務雖然不能說是柏林最新最好的水平，但是乾淨整潔，關上窗戶基本沒有噪音。服務和早餐也不錯。關鍵是價格物有所值；第三，無論商務還是觀光都合適。酒店會議室很多，公共空間也寬敞，停車和公交都方便。唯一不滿的是地下停車庫，一是費用貴（24歐元/天），二是地下停車庫太狹窄。

本來定的是主火的那家，結果那家因為疫情關門了，給換到了這家。周邊挺安靜的，前台的大爺英語也很好，房間也算乾淨。不過不太舒服的是服務生一大早就開始打掃衛生，吸塵器特別響，不到九點鐘的時候甚至直接開門進來了……退房時間中午11點，入住時間下午2點，有必要這麼急着打掃嗎？

We reserved the smallest room (comfort) and immediately realized that we would need to upgrade to the superior room. I am traveling with my aunt and we need 2 beds. The comfort room was so small that the 2 beds were together with little space to move on the sides. It was not suitable for us. The pictures do show all the twin beds together, but naturally we assumed that they could be separated. When we asked about changing rooms, the delightful woman at the front desk (Victoria) graciously offered to show us the options available for the bigger rooms. We viewed the executive and superior rooms and were happy to pay the 15 Euro more for the superior room. Well worth the extra money given the difference in size. Now that we were settled with our room, we were off to explore Berlin. The location of this hotel is ideal. I learned that Mitte means center and surely this hotel is centrally located. Easy to find and easy to get to/ from. A special thank you to Victoria and her colleague at the front desk. We were very pleased with our experience at the Leonardo Berlin Mitte and would recommend to others.

新年期間我在柏林住了三晚,剛回來。這個公寓地理位置優越,方便我們觀看31號街上的遊行慶祝,而且臨近所有的主要景點和交通線。公寓內很寬敞,有單獨的會客廳和廚房,感覺比酒店狹窄的客房棒多了。淋浴出水快,水很暖,另有一個浴缸——現在大多數酒店都是只有淋浴了。 我一定還來這兒住。 祝您旅途愉快!

我們於2019年8月入住酒店。我們是一家四口，有一間一居室公寓。我們的女兒睡在卧鋪沙發上，有足夠的空間。這是一家地理位置優越的酒店。靠近火車總站，也非常靠近電車。我們發現遊覽柏林真的很容易。酒店有一個可愛的游泳池，開放至深夜，經過一天的觀光后，這是很棒的。接待人員真的很友好。早餐還可以，但我認為在公寓裏，我們可能會和挑剔的孩子一起做早餐更好。從酒店可輕鬆步行至許多景點。我們絕對會再次留在這裏。

We got woke up when the trains started again but my Sony headphones were a saver! - we booked the hotel because it looked quirky and arty. Our room was white with a few black spots and a picture of eyes. It was tired with marks on the wall etc and just didn’t look loved. I think we could have got a better hotel for the same price if not cheaper to be honest. It was a nice hotel in its own way but the charm and the location just wasn’t enough to cover the noise and the lack of excitement about staying there. I thought the hotel would be quirky and unusual and it just wasn’t. Would I stay again? No. £333 for three nights. We had a nice stay but I think that’s because we loved Berlin. The hotel itself was just blah.

多次去柏林出差，住過數個酒店，比較下來，這家Maritim ProArt酒店的性價比最高。首先是位置非常方便，就在市中心，很多喜歡的景點步行即到。周圍的公共交通、購物等設施鱗次櫛比，很熱鬧；其次，房間設施和服務雖然不能說是柏林最新最好的水平，但是乾淨整潔，關上窗戶基本沒有噪音。服務和早餐也不錯。關鍵是價格物有所值；第三，無論商務還是觀光都合適。酒店會議室很多，公共空間也寬敞，停車和公交都方便。唯一不滿的是地下停車庫，一是費用貴（24歐元/天），二是地下停車庫太狹窄。
