Booked two rooms room 1 very dirty hair on the floor and in the sink and tub! Moved to another room tv wouldn’t change channel and phone wasn’t hooked up to call the front desk! Room 2 tv had no volume and wouldn’t change channels moved to another room it seemed ok till I went to take a shower and there weren’t any bath towels only hand towels!! The front desk was super nice and apologized for stuff that’s not on them I give them a 10 but housekeeping and maintenance gets 1/2 star from me

Bathroom situation was not great. Bathsoap was available on the first 2 days. The bath towel was small. You can hear all noise from the road amd other rooms. But the staff are friendly and nice.

Very clean, quiet and comfortable. The hotel could use some renovation. Front desk was grumpy in the evening but polite the next morning. Maybe working too much?

Room was clean and comfortable. The only problem was noise. Had asked for a “quiet room” and was put in a room across from the elevator and ice machine on the side of the hall facing a busy, very noisy street. I did appreciate that there was no carpet!

Found trash in the bed before we slept was uncomfortable woke up the next morning showered left right away

My room was very clean and comfortable. Only issue was the wall AC/H, the fan was noisy. But, for the price, couldn't beat it.

The front desk staffperson was very warm and welcoming - however, the front of the door on the room was visibly jacked and tampered with and not replaced, and the back door to the property also has a broken lock and open to the public. Not safe. A hall alarm went off twice at 4 am. Super shady.....comfortable bed, but definitely room for improvement with regard to property safety.
