芝加哥希爾頓飯店/奧克朗(Hilton Chicago/Oak Lawn)

Bien ubicado, seguro y limpio.

Los desayunos excelentes y la comida fresca.

The room was okay but the view was horrible I asked to change the room since I paid a high price they said this is the only room they have!!! Room has nothing except bathroom utensils everything every hotel provides is not in the room. Not staying again ever

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room and hotel itself was very clean. I loved that about it. However, I'll give it 3 stars. Reason being, there were some very shady looking individuals staying at the hotel. I accidently bumped into one guy and he got so upset that he called another guy from outside to come in. There was also another vehicle full of more shady looking individuals. I didn't feel safe at all. Also, the room next door to me was filled with drunk loud talking woman. I barely got any sleep because they were up until after 4 a.m...I don't think I'll be staying there again!

Property was in a good location. I did not like the requirement for a wristband to be worn at all times.

Difficult to rate the service, because there was none during the stay. No room services were provided. (We were told in advance, so not a surprise.) Bar and restaurant closed both evenings. Hotel was clean. Bed comfortable. Shower and bathroom really need updating.

The people and property were great. The only issue I have was we had to wait 20 minutes in line to check in. There was one lady behind the desk. And there should've been 2 or more.

Upon entering the room there was a loud smell of urine, but the desk agent changed us to a different room after disclosing the issue. Upon entering the new room the sink was stopped up with old dirty water and the closet door was coming off the hinges and would not close, and lastly the entry door handle had a gross sticky substance on it. I did not request an additional room after as I was tired and the younger desk agent had an attitude. One good thing was the bed was vey comfortable. However, This place has fallen from grace to a low quality establishment and it is not what I expect from Hilton. I do not think I will stay there again

Was a good stay clean room nice size room drinks were good and food was good from the im hotel restaurant price of rooms were not bad either enjoyed our weekend there from Fri to Sunday
