Guy at front desk was beyond rude. Room was initially booked under my mother’s name and paid in full. When she found out she was unable to make the trip, she added my name to reservation weeks prior. The guy we spoke with assured us it was taken care of and that we wouldn’t face any problems. Turns out changes were not made and even after being understanding about the error, he kept being rude and taking all his time. Handed me the card key without letting me know what room to head to or without saying thank you or anything. Extremely rude.
