Location to airport convenient. Front desk staff not helpful with general questions - they refused to contact me in my room using the room phone or my cell phone when my grandfather arrived to take me to lunch - he has no cell phone - luckily, I literally went to the main desk to ask a question and he was sitting in the lobby just waiting as they would not assist him. I totally understand confidentiality - having owned a resort myself - but they could have called me on the hotel phone and alerted me that I had a guest without giving any proprietary information about "me"- that's all they had to do. If I was NOT expecting anyone, I just would not come to the general lobby. WiFi /Internet was spotty and continually breaking connection. TV had to be "re-set" each time it was turned off. Had an additional , not disclosed daily charge added to my bill for the use of an in room safe - even if it was not used. Had to request a refund which took a week. Towel set up was short in the bathroom upon arrival, had to go to front desk to get washcloths - floor was not very clean in bathroom. "Suite" furniture is old, stained and very uncomfortable. Hallways needed a good vacuum cleaning. Breakfast offerings were generous and fresh. Has the ability to be a great location - just need owners who care.

This is obviously a franchise location that has been sorta refurbished. 1. Check in was a problem. We had 2 rooms reserved, one by another person who paid for that room. When I got there they only showed 1 reservation. I had to contact the other party, get the confirmation (still didn't show the reservation). Finally, the person on duty figured out that her payment was applied to the room I reserved (different names on reservation) 2. Facility was always short on hot water. Showers were on hot water-only setting in order to get even a tepid experience. 3. "Hot" breakfast consisted of a self-service waffle maker and 1 microwave. I estimate the building was perhaps half full. Guests had to stand in line to microwave their gas station style breakfast sandwiches. 4. The ventilation controls did not work. The room was overheated when set at 68f. Setting it lower didn't change the temperature in the room. It would not turn off. Nor would it allow for the fan to be stopped. It blew across the bed closest to the unit all the time. If the price was 'value' priced, I could make allowances. However, the price was very similar to the other hotels in the area.

The customer service at this location leave a LOT to be desired. From check in until the end the staff was rude all the way down to their shuttle service not even existing - if you book here expecting to use it please know it’s an absolute scam. There are so many better options in the area where people at least care to help if you have an issue.

Good and felt safe there. Didn’t look like they did an amazing job cleaning but it was just on the floor that you noticed some outside stuff like dirt and leaves. Beds and everything else was clean though

This was a one night stay with early departure to catch a flight. No clerk to be found in the morning at checkout. No hair dryer in the room. Room was clean, but slightly worn and will probably need a refresh in the near future. Comfortable bed and clean linens!

Carpets are dirty with trash under the beds. Baby bottle fell and rolled under the bed. Front desk workers are very nice though.

Reasonably priced hotel near the airport, with free parking and right off the highway with quick access to Bexley and downtown Columbus. Had a few minor issues, missing shower curtain and a slow emptying sink, which staff dealt with right away. Would definitely stay again my next trip to Columbus.

Bare bones for this hotel. Basic cable channels only, no network stations. Housekeeping was rude. Front desk were very friendly.
