哥倫布西-希利亞德紅屋頂客棧飯店(Red Roof Inn Columbus West - Hilliard)

Had reservations and even called to let them know we wouldn’t be in until about 1130pm. Arrived about 1145pm to no room available with 2 queen beds!!! Very upsetting after a long day!! Had to find another hotel.

The room smelled. The shower/tub did not drain while showering. I stayed at RR in Springfield, IN the night before and was very pleased, that’s why I selected RR in Columbus🙁

So terrible. Do not stay here!! Smelled like pot, the room was not clean (hair in the shower, bathtub was stained, dead fly on the bed…). There was white powder on the staircase coming up to our room..? The bathtub didn’t even have a drain plug to give our baby a bath.

This place is disgusting, old, dirty and smells like an ash tray and is no smoking lol.

Sink filled and drained slowly. Floors a little grimy. Stains on towels and bedding.

India was amazing as always! Will continue to book here as long as I'm in Ohio!

Just wasnt impressed. The room was ok for what it was used for. A step above Motel 6.

Red Roof Hilliard was very conveniently located near route 70, grocery stores, movie theater, all kinds of shops and restaurants! My room was large with refrigerator and microwave, shower good and beds comfortable. Staff was pleasant and accommodating.

The room was not clean. The area is not safe. We met Dawn in the car park who told us she had a court hearing in the morning and was going to smoke some ****. She lived in the room next door to us. Overall the room was below standard for what I expect at the price I paid for it. I have no idea where the "excellent" reviews are coming from!
