Quando siamo a Bilaspur, scegliamo questo hotel.Sempre accogliente, colazione e ristorante molto valido.Personale Cortese.Molto professionale il loro driver Pawan. Abbiamo anche organizzato una festa di compleanno per ns figlia, ben riuscita.

Generell scheint die Marriott Gruppe in Indien keine Empfehlung mehr zu sein. Eine Ausnahme ist noch das St. Regis in Mumbai, in das wir gerne gehen. Zweites Marriott Hotel innerhalb einer Woche und ähnliche Probleme. Das Zimmer sieht abgewohnt aus, die Klimaanlage kühlt auch nach einer Stunde den Raum nicht runter, es gibt keine englischsprachigen Kanäle auf dem Fernseher (die sollen jetzt freigeschaltet werden). Es ist schade, was aus dem Marriott geworden ist. Dabei sollte *** wissen, dass das Marriott angibt ein 5 Sterne Haus zu sein. Das ist es nicht. Auch in diesem Haus muss mal wieder investiert werden.

It was an amazing experience staying at Marriott Bilaspur. The staff was very polite. I would like to thank Abhinandan for fast service at the restaurant. The room service was also very cooperative to me. Overall the experience was really good.

Variety of continental, live counter, Indian (including south Indian) breakfast options, with best in class service as you would expect with a 5 star restaurant. Celebrated wife's birthday - happy with food options and overall experience - special mention to Julita, Nandini, Vishwas and Rajeev for making it delightful.

It was wonderful experience. It was wonderful experience about the food. The chocolate cake was too delicious. The pasta was also nice made my Chef Vivekanand . The service by Santosh and Julita was nice of serving wine to us. Every staffs are well traind . Thanks to restaurant ***ager Debojeet.

The complete stay was pleasant and comfortable. I really appreciate the staff for their kind support, specifically Miss Binita, miss Nandini, Ajay and miss julita. Food was delicious and fresh. I will definitely visit again...
