民丹島拉古窪福朋喜來登飯店(Four Points by Sheraton Bintan, Lagoi Bay)

Booked an all-inclusive package for the hotel and the service was just top notch. 1) Called in advance and had the transfer from ferry to hotel arranged 2) All the staff were super friendly and welcoming, always checking in if we have any requests or needs. 3) Although the hotel is still under construction, all the amenities are working and super new 4) The beach was very clean, beautiful waters 5) we initially were offered only 1 menu for our all inclusive package, after the guest relation officer asked for our feedback and I informed them of the issue, the next meal I was immediately offered and menu with more options. 6) Food was very good! 7) Overall, great 3D2N stay and keep up the good work, hope to see more improvements (more activities)

Strongly recommend to stay as the hotel is very new and in good condition. It is very near the beach too

Location is good as it is located near to lagoi bay and other location e.g. safari lagoi etc. The cleanliness of hotel room is good. Just that the kids pool cleanliness looks abit cloudy and some tree branches inside the pool. The service of staffs are good and friendly. The facilities of the hotel is good. Just that the kids club floor abit dusty and some toys are spoiled.

호텔 근처에 편의점 혹은 식당이 각 1개씩빢에 없으니 가기전에 필요한 것 모두 가지고 가세요. 해변 물놀이 기구는 스스로 가지고 가세요 주지 않습니다

New Hotel, nice quality

Everything is so good, from smiley staff to comfortable and clean room, not to mention the good food at Rampah cafe. We were greeted by friendly n helpful staff from the moment we arrived. Service staff at front counter and Rampah cafe were very helpful. The room is nice n clean and with spectacular sea view and pool view. Lagoi bay is beautiful. And when the shuttle bus came late for our pick up to the ferry terminal, their staff took the initiative to send us is hotel’s private vehicle! So impressive. I am already planning my next weekend getaway at Four Points Sheraton ! Room 3031 Guest
