民丹島飯店

酒店服務非常棒，每個人都是微笑的，有人會華語就更好了，酒店帳篷很大晚上拍照很漂亮，值得住一晚，假期會偏貴，帳篷裏面很大，完全想象不到，酒店的餐食很好吃，意大利麪和pizza超級好吃，衹是入住時間是三點，提前收拾好也差不多要兩點，酒店的帳篷是那種塑料的，會有味道，可能很新的原因吧，床單和枕套有的會不怎麼乾淨，還有底下趴着的沙袋沙發，也是很臟，其他都還好，體驗一次就好

決定用我們的lil'bub來短暫停留。我們受到mba Siti的歡迎,小題大做免費入住。我們的1BR別墅很棒。乾淨,提供的便利設施是alrite,可以更好。Lil'bub喜歡浴缸。感謝mba Novi爲我們的小寶寶的mozzie 排斥。工作人員無論何時經過我們都會歡迎我們!在我們入住期間感覺如此舒適。和Kamuela度過了愉快的住宿。肯定會再次回來😍減一點的就是早餐!希望下次入住期間看到改進!💙

環境唔錯，沙灘幾靚 2 bedrooms loft apartment 個設計，小朋友上上落落玩得好開心，個景都靚嘅 朝早早餐buffet 好少嘢揀，係幾surprise 嘅 但服務堅差，叫佢俾張被，等咗2個鐘，追咗2次都冇，要我哋見到走廊有員工執緊房先可以叫到佢哋俾 Book 酒店嗰陣已經birthday booster, check in 嗰陣confirm 4 點鐘嚟整，到6點都唔見人，要行去reception 先叫到人嚟整, 整出嚟個樣我真係唔識comment 自己睇圖啦 Order 咗bbq set, 話5點送過嚟，結果都係等到6點都唔見人，又係要行去reception 催，仲要冇人送，要自己托返去，真係唔知想點 🤷🏻‍♀️

WORST hotel stay ever! Power went out at night and no backup power was available. The owner, Eric Saw, kept knocking on my door at 3am despite DO NOT DISTURB sign, asking if an old lady that WAS wandering around the hotel earlier but had returned to her room was related to me. He was plain rude, arrogant, and unapologetic for disturbing our rest despite already telling his staff earlier not to disturb our rest since the old lady had already returned to her room. Decided to check out immediately in the morning even though our ferry was only in the afternoon. Instead of apologising for disturbing our rest, Eric slapped my phone away when I tried to take a video of his aggressive behaviour and even threatened to punch me. He then ordered his Security to forcibly chase my family of 2 elderly and 1 child out from the hotel while we were waiting for our transport by manhandling me. To make things worse, he disclosed personal information about us to a busybody guest who got abusive when caught secretly filming. The latter then proceeded to share these online, leaving me with little choice but to share evidence of their abusive behaviour and to lodge a police report. Not to mention that this hotel had close to zero activities available, many amenities that were supposed to be available are either ”under maintenance” or ”not ready yet”, no room service, only 1 access ramp for the mobility-challenged and the front desk only works office hours! It's no wonder that hardly anyone stays here!

酒店環境很好，前台、負責調度車輛的工作人員很熱情有效率。 離開酒店後才發現包裏少了大概8張百元新幣，回想起來度假出門唯一包離身的時候就是第一天早上出去吃飯把錢包放在房間內，早餐回來後房間已經被打掃過了。但已經離開酒店，也就沒找他們。就提醒下吧，出門在外包不離身，免得給自己舔堵。

離民丹碼頭非常的近，和隔壁的網紅帳篷酒店Anmon公用一片泄湖灘，說是湖其實是亞洲最大的人工游泳池，住宿環境，設施比上Anmon 個人感覺更好，房間也更大。尤其是浴室和廁所在室外的，洗着澡可以看月亮，挺有特色的。還有一個超大的水上城堡，衹是和酒店不是同一家，需要付費才能玩

非常適合度假放鬆心情親子活動的酒店，酒店服務很好，碼頭來回接送，上車就有小食、水和毛巾，早餐豐盛，酒店親子樂園活動豐富，喂兔子，槳板練習，印尼語學習，手工塗鴉作品，可以玩上一整天都不厭。酒店可以加床，小朋友入住還有帳篷搭建，女兒開心極了。下次度假還來，性價比超越三亞。

The food was very nice and the service people were very nice and hard working.they have been a little overwhelmed by all the people but never ever gave up.They also have done the room very nicely and are very polite the space in the room is very well THANK YOU

This would have got an average rating had it not been for the staff - competent, professional and always willing to help. The facilities seem jaded maybe due to the Covid related lockdowns etc and some parts especially the toilets ( the toilet seat was almost black ) were a disappointment. The location is excellent with a fantastic sea view from the restaurant and the beach is clean for the most part. The villas are good with a nice private pool and decent sized rooms. Our requests for buggy to transfer us from our Villa to the main building were always attended to promptly. The a-la-carte food that we had in their restaurant- we tried the local Indonesian cuisine- was excellent but the breakfast buffet was average. When I had interacted with the staff after booking this place, I was told that late check out is subject to ‘availability’ but it clearly isn’t as they charge for every extra hour. This could have been communicated in a better way. There is room for improvement but overall we had a good stay as the property is quite good.

飯店很大很寬敞，有一個很大的大堂區。房間乾淨、良好，提供便利設施。早餐很好，但仍然有更好的選擇。地點不是那麼具有戰略意義，但如果你有交通工具可以到處走走，而且距離渡輪碼頭很遠，那就還可以。整體來說飯店性價比很高👍
