The hotel looks nice enough. The room was not worth the money but I assume the price is for the location.

I have loved every hotel Indigo that I have stayed at. So, I didn't hesitate to stay at this one when I had to make a last minute reservation. It was pretty disappointing. There were gobs of hair in random places, ***** area hair in one of the supposedly clean towels, the floor was dirty, the elevator was sketch and did not come up to the fifth floor two of the three times I needed to go down.

Not a place to stay if looking for a quiet nights sleep. The hallways were loud and dirty. The bars around the hotel were very loud. The room had lots of dog hair and an odd smell.

The staff are the best I have ever experienced! The room looked amazing but the dirty floors turned my socks black and the only temperature we could experience was either a freezing 63 degrees or 74degrees.

The staff was amazing & accommodating. There are sooo many things do around there, it’s amazing. The worst part was finding parking at the hotel but it wasn’t bad at all.

I am a huge fan of Hotel Indigo so when I booked this hotel I expected the same level of experience that I received at the other Hotel Indigo properties! Highly disappointed! Staff was amazing but the overall property was disgusting. Never will I stay at this location again.

It was in decent shape for age of the hotel. The bathroom seemed a little dirty. Or wasn’t cleaned well. They seem to also have some issues with the elevator
