The room was large and bed was very spacious. I got what I paid for- not a lot. The heating wasn’t great and my window didn’t shut properly. Lots of cold air coming through crack in the window - it was freezing all night.
The bathroom was clean at surface level.

住宿是一場災難。夜班女服務員粗魯而乾燥。唯一獲救的人，主人，迷人。
房間很舊，地板上的地毯很髒。浴室很冷，沒有暖氣，我們無法幫孩子洗澡。每次沖馬桶的時候水管的聲音都很大。價格比較貴，不建議在這裡住一晚。

The property is nice. We have used it a few times now. The only thing I found weird is the man working on the reception is very old to be working. The last time i went there he was too drunk to even walk and was stinking of alcohol. He had to pour me the drink 3 times but still didnt get it right and gave me the change back.

Bathroom needs tidying up, smears on the tiles due to excrement, extractor fan not working which creates damp hence peeling paint on the bathroom ceiling, bed was very comfortable, overall with a bit of tlc it could be a wonderful hotel and would stay there again, breakfast was excellent and exceptional, staff friendly as well as the local customers made to feel welcome

This place couldn’t have done enough for us, highly recommend I am a wheel chair user, lift to first floor and basement for breakfast
Staff were amazing thank you so much
As a wheelchair user the front door step had a little lip which I struggled a little getting over but rest of building very good access
