唐霍爾鄉村之家飯店(Down Hall Hotel)

Beautiful place to stay with stunning building and grounds. Bedroom was clean, spacious and quiet. Breakfast was great along with service.

I was attending a wedding talking place at the hotel. Everything worked well. The service and food throughout was excellent, and the room well appointed.

Staff were incredibly stressed and one member of staff sighed when I asked for drinks. The food was delicious but the portion sizes were tiny considering the pricing!! The bed was comfy and the room was nice and clean, it was warm and the fan came in handy. There was however breakfast trays left in the hallways for several hours, observed from 09:30 until at least 12:30, dirty linen was also left in the hallways under the stairs.

A beautiful hotel ruined by a terrible experience from start to finish. Room was so hot it was like an oven, whilst a fan was provided it just pushed hot air around the room. Service from the staff was below the standard I would expect from a hotel of this price; and no help what so ever with finding a local EV charger nearby as none at the hotel. If you want a nice hotel for a romantic weekend, stay somewhere else.

Das erste Zimmer hat uns nicht gefallen. Das Fenster war ein Spiegel und konnte nicht geöffnet werden. Wir bekamen ein anderes schönes Zimmer mit Fenster. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Essen sehr gut.

It's a beautiful hotel, recently refurbished and very stylishly so. We would recommend you check what their entertainment programme is while you're staying. It was an Ibiza themed night with DJ's the night we stayed and we had hoped for a chilled night in a country house hotel, but instead encountered Balearic beats and a club crowd!

Local impactante na sua apresentação, quartos e jardins. Depois falha em pequenos pormenores de serviço, que se exigem a este nível. Desde que chamados à atenção, respondem de imediato e com a maior correção.

Room was small, cramped and very very hot. They had a small fan which as useless and the windows opened about 10cm. Our view was on to a black tiled roof and out room was just big enough to have a king size bed.

We were her for a very special 60th Birthday. The dining staff were unhelpful and rude last night. there we re 9 of us and they would not sit us altogether we had to sit on 2 separate tables. The steak order had to go back as what not recorded correclty, we then waited 30 minutes for its return, by this time everyone else had finished their meal. The staff were rude, created an atmosphere and then went on to argue with us. We lft the dining room becuase of the rudeness. The issue is the night before, my meal was missed off of the orders completely and again all the family had finished their dinner and then mine turned up. An overall horrendous experience, that we would never go back to. STICK TO WARNERS FOLKS!!!
