Nice and clean room good breakfast and good staff two

This is the best Travelodge I’ve ever been to very clean really good staff great food and service the only problem is the car park is very complicated but a lovely girl staff helped me with it I definitely will stay again

Het hotel zelf is ok, niet goed maar ook niet slecht. Het weekend dat we er waren (12 augustus t/m 15 augustus) was het 30+ graden, met deze temperaturen is het veel te warm en geen airconditioning alleen een ventilator.. We hadden ontbijt geboekt voor 3 personen, maar gezien het hotel veeel, maar dan ook veeeel meer gasten in het hotel heeft dan aantal zitplekken in de ontbijtzaal, hebben wij geen enkele dag kunnen ontbijten daar wij elke dag op tijd de deur uit moesten. De manager, die overigens letterlijk met katten gooit…, zei dat we het geld van het ontbijt zouden terugkrijgen. Nu 2 weken later nog steeds niets terug en mail contact duurt 7 dagen voor je een reactie krijgt. Slecht service, indien dit niet geregeld wordt zullen wij travellodge nooit meer bezoeken. Room was just what you would expect from Travelodge in size, decor and facilities. The bed was comfy and there were ample towels. Unfortunately, the sink was cracked, the toilet leaked and the bath plug hole was dirty. The hotel is 15 minutes to the beach front and easily accessible by road. We stayed on a Friday night and were woken throughout the night by very rowdy and foul mouthed residents. After a broken night's sleep, we were surprised to be interrupted by the cleaning staff on two occasions (10.15am & 10.50am) to make up our room, despite check out being 12noon. We had booked two rooms at a cost of £180 which was pretty steep for the quality of the provision.

Stayed on 22nd March 2024. The staff on duty evening and breakfast were absolutely fantastic so very helpful and cheerful with great customer service. Rooms and beds very comfortable and clean. Parking options and pricing reasonable. Thank you

East to find, clean bright rooms in a very convenient location. Plenty of parking and was assisted by the very helpful and professional Ben, who explained everything clearly and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Thanks again Ben ! Top man !

Nice, clean cheap and cheerful hotel. Staff really friendly and welcoming. Rooms clean and quite spacious. Breakfast good. But evening meal in restaurant was not good at all please avoid. Only ordered main course and desert, over an hour for mains to arrive. Side order of chips never came despite reminding the staff we were waiting for them. Asked for a refund which was quickly given. Desserts were OK however big warning for those with allergies. Ordered kids knickerbocker glory which was supposed to be vanilla icecream with cream etc. However, the icecream turned out to be the reeses peanut butter icecream. Luckily we don't have allergies but please be careful. Hotel room, and location was just right. Staff were lovely, really helpful. I would recommend somewhere else for your evening meal.
