Very good! Beautiful view !!! Amazing room!!!! The service is really fast! Staff are very friendly!

Whilst a fantastic hotel it was very expensive for the extras such as breakfast and parking I travel quite a lot with work and to pay £19 for an average cooked breakfast was high and I’m comparing that to hotels I’ve stayed in whilst in London Parking also was a premium and whilst I appreciate there are very few 5 star hotels in Blackpool this certainly felt like they were charging through the nose

This was our second stay here, the first was a year ago. It seems a lot has gone downhill since then. £250 a night plus extra for breakfast (£70 if a family of 4) and extra for parking, is a lot of money and you'd expect 5 star service to go along with the 5 star rating. The service is where it fell short this visit. Multiple miscommunications between staff. We weren't booked in for breakfast despite following the exact instructions given to us. Reception never answered the phone in late evening. Was told they could provide something only to be told later, by the same person, that they didn't have what we'd requested. It seems a lot of requests fell on deaf ears. Having finally got a table for breakfast it was 30 minutes before being asked what drinks we wanted. Eating gluten free can be hard, but it shouldn't take 10-15 minutes for some toast, then another 15 minutes for a gluten free sausage, which arrived after we'd finished. Also was on the first floor this time (2nd floor previously) and the noise from the room above was enough to keep us awake past midnight. As the title says, I doubt we'll return.

Had an issue where I was charged £200 for the previous occupants restaurant bill as someone hadn't wiped the charges from the room before I arrived! So took 45 mins last night try to sort it out with reception! Really not happy about it

The Boulevard hotel in Blackpool is an absolute beautiful hotel . Modern and clean with helpful staff. I couldn't fault any aspect. The surrounding area heading toward Blackpool town center is definitely NOT. It is very very rundown. If you only want the Pleasure Beach, the actual Beach and a handy Wetherspoons. Its ideal. I would book it and stay again. But not for the walk toward town. Better getting the tram or a taxi and save the trama of broken hotles and bars along the southern end.

The hotel is amazing, stunning interior, bedrooms spacious and comfortable, food fantastic and great location…. Let down massively by the staff. Arrived on reception to a moody young man. Cold connection and really made our family feel unwelcome. Then came down for drinks no one at the bar serving had to go to reception to get a member of the team. Dinner however was fantastic we’ll look after by the team and good service Then breakfast again a young man who came across on a very high pedestal. We waited at the front of restaurant for 5 minutes no one appeared so we can began to sit down until we heard “you’re not supposed to walk in go back to the front” very rude! Saw him arguing with a family who had been waiting for breakfast but wanted to take a different group who had been waiting much less. Again we were made to feel very uncomfortable. All in all great hotel for decor location and food. But certain staff need some etiquette lessons and realise they are there to service guests not their ego’s.

The room is good and clean but the lobby restaurant staff service is extremely bad ! We pay for a pricy breakfast buffet but the service time is not enough, the waiter closed buffet counter when we just sit down without reminder. The waitress who serves food counter ignored upon my mum asked the food which so bad !!!
