Our third visit to Rossall House. A fine hotel in a perfect location, pleasure beach, tower, piers and nightlife all nearby. If you don’t fancy walking there is a tram stop just 0.35km away., The Thursday afternoon welcome from Jo & Andy was warm, friendly and informative. Escorted to our (complimentary upgraded) room by Jo. (Thank you) The room was stylishly decorated & exceptionally clean. We slept well on each of the three nights in the comfortable bed. The water temperature was perfect in the shower. For Breakfast each morning we were cheerfully greeted by Jo. Service was just awesome from Jo and daughter. The food was plentiful and tasty. There was absolutely nothing to want for. Thank you for another exceptional stay at your stylish hotel. Best wishes for the remainder of the year. We may get another visit in later on in the year.

We are so glad we found Rossall House for our trip to Blackpool. A room with an adjoining extra separate bedroom is difficult to find. Spotlessly clean. Comfortable beds. Great breakfasts. Welcoming hosts. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended.

We loved our stay- never been before and both was helpful with useful local information Accommodation was lovely! The comfortablist bed according to my daughter- really clean and food was lovely! The bar and connect 4 was good fun too! All bars need a lollipop stand!

Really nice owners lovely people and great accommodation lovely bnb had good fun celebrating my birthday here and the mini bar downstairs was amazing along with the food served here it was lovely and a variety for everyone. The rooms where nice and clean and comfortable beds and the bathroom was spotless.

Jo and Andy were so accommodating , my son”s 16th birthday and they made it special for him at breakfast , they are the perfect hosts . The room was just right , clean and well kept . They offer a lovely homely lounge and bar with games to entertain the family. Breakfast served fresh everyday to . When returning to Blackpool will defo be booking to stay again.

I booked 2 nights for myself and my 12 year old and ended up booking an extra night. Andy & Jo are so welcoming you feel like you have known them for years. Nothing is too much trouble. The place itself is immaculate. The breakfast is delicious. The rooms have the most comfortable beds and the pillows are so soft, we had the best sleep. The B&B itself is perfectly located. We will definitely be back.

We booked this B&B at the last minute for a getaway with the kids and we are so glad we did.. beautiful B&B and Jo & Andy were amazing hosts. Booked for 2 nights ended up staying 4 nights , now that says alot. Will 100% be staying again in the future couldn't fault it at all. Great atmosphere and was made to feel very welcome, personal texts messages when we were out to see if we needed anything in the room for coming back, what more could you ask for.
