Room is ok small clean ,but curtains hangin off rail no rod to open/ close blinds .a toilet i darnt use as leanin into shower also no sockets except down the side of double bed very tight squeeze and paid for 3 breakfasts for 2 days and got nothing room locked all guests waitin for breakfast no staff to explain and no one answerin to the bell or phone number we were toold to ring for any issues

Where do I start. Walked in and there was a funny smell, got our room key, went into our room and the smell off it I can only describe as rotten sick, bedframe very loose and bent, a bunk bed and another single bed in there. The bunk bed was bent aswell and unsafe, there was food on the walls, half eaten food on the floor, snot on the walls. The wallpaper and paint was peeling and hanging off. There was mould in the room and in the toilet. When flushing the toilet it leaked and created a puddle by the shower. The top of the toilet didn't fit properly and didn't flush properly either. There was mould on the bottom of the curtain and all over the tiles. The curtains in the room didn't close properly and there was a problem with the seals on the windows. The radiator was bent and extremely unsafe. Was told that breakfast was included it had a sign saying breakfast served between 9am-9:30am we went down at 9am and waited no one opened up for breakfast there was a another family there waiting aswell. Tried to contact and couldn't get through. Was waiting on both days and no one came both days. No explanation given or could even find anyone. Had to go out and buy toilet roll because only half a roll was provided and couldnt find anyone to ask

Here at the moment...... can't wait to get out of here.... bed is like sleeping on a hardboard mattress is totaly shot, not fit for purpose. Carpets throughout the building are minging. Place absolutely stinks of what I have no idea. We have paid for breakfast and so had other guests (breakfast was 9am to 9.30am) we all waited till 9.20 and nobody turned up to open the breakfast room so either they can't be bothered or they just don't care. I will be making a formal complaint to hotels .com and believe me anyone who has booked to stay here needs to change there booking ASAP. Place is an absolute rott hole.

The worst experience ever. Total scum I wouldn't let me dog stay there and the ppl who run it wow I have never met such awful ppl aggressive nasty please please don't book its filthy and stinks of urine smoke and its so dirty

Fab little place was very clean and very welcoming rooms were spotless breakfast was fab staff were there for all needs dont see why people put bad reviews the price reflects what u get and its very clean and cheerful i loved this little place .

We booked 5 rooms the shared toilets were broken the rooms with bathrooms were dirty and broken or repaired badly (with expending foam and silicone) the place was in bad disrepair the lady who checked us in was dresssd inappropriately with her **** hanging out the bottom of her shorts, no help what so ever we paid for breakfast and didnt receive one due to it being closed and couldnt get hold of any staff to see why we paid on the day and left way before we required and they tried to take more money out our bank they are a joke and wont be returning

Tiny room .no chairs .booked through *********** advert says breakfast included .Owner said cooker was broke ..no breakfast .no refund .owners say contact booking .com..stay away from here .carpet hadn't been hoovered .shower was on for 10 minutes didn't heat up at all.

Hotel was disappointing, stains on the bed linen. Didnt even have a shower it looked disgusting. Dust and dirt on skirting boards. Told on arrival that there was no breakfast available as the cooker was broken and that we would have to contact booking. Com for a refund on the breakfast, then looking on trip advisor same thing happened to someone else in Dec2022. Feel really bad to say it but the place needs reporting and shutting down.

OMG where do I start! 1 star is far too generous & I wish I could give a minus score. I booked to stay for 3 nights with my 2 year old in a room with a bunkbed. We were checked into a room with a double bed with no apology given & just advised that the bunk bed room was taken. The window wouldn't shut & it was freezing, there was a dirty towel in the cupboard below the sink and the bed was awful with springs coming out if it. I was aware that I had made a reservation for a room with shared bathroom facilities however only had use of a toilet as the shower was broken. How they expected me to go 3 days without a wash, was utterly beyond me. I then proceeded to ring the hotel phone, press the bell on the reception desk and ring the doorbell for 45 minutes, to get my sons milk out of their fridge. I ended up leaving the property & finding alternative accommodation at 8pm without my sons milk. Ever since, I have been trying to get a refund as £108 is a lot of money to lose. I have been given many lies about why they can't give me a refund which has honestly left me in tears. The latest reason being that I supposedly DID stay at the hotel! The owners & staff of this appauling hotel should be totally & utterly ashamed of themselves. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!
