Had such a nice stay at this guesthouse!
The owner was so lovely. The room was spotless.
We only had one issue and that was with the shower - it would go from boiling hot to cold, but we managed just fine.
Would stay here again :-)

Stayed here for a weekend break July '23. It was spotlessly clean and crisp white bedding. The room was a good size an so was the en-suite for Blackpool guesthouses. No breakfast option available but we choose to go to a local cafe we like anyway so it makes no difference to us. Main positives: spotlessly clean, great location, quiet, nice comfy bed with two pillows each (one soft and one hard). Fabulous stay and will return.

Fantastic value for money. James was a brilliant host, even phoned me before I arrived and waved us off when we left. Couldn’t have been nicer. Location gives easy access to the beach and town is only a 10 minute walk away. Room was spotlessly clean and had a nice seating area to watch tv. Will deffo be back!

Overall really nice place and was very welcoming at check in and out. Would recommend for a a small group or family. Close to all the amenities. Thanks so much for a lovely stay!

Excellent guest house, close to all of the Blackpool attractions. Rooms were clean, with a comfy bed and tea and coffee making facilities. James the host was warm and welcoming and gave lots of great recommendations. Lots of parking close by.

We had a warm welcome from james who gave us some great reccomendations. The guest house was so clean, the bed was lovely and in a perfect location. There was road parking but also a car park at the end of the street £20 for 48 hours. We would definitely reccomend staying here
