布萊克浦帝國飯店(Imperial Hotel Blackpool)

First time we've stayed at the Imperial Hotel. Impressed from the moment we stepped through the door. Reception staff very professional and friendly. The hotel was clean and the room was larger than expected. The beds were comfortable, but only the heating in the bathroom was working. Breakfast was excellent, and the staff again very friendly and professional. It was quiet at night, so got good nights sleep. Quiet bar. The tram stops outside the hotel so easy access to Blackpool or Fleetwood. I will definitely be staying there again.

The people is nice. Environment is good and room is big and clean but the heater is not function. Don’t know how to open it. Car park is big and convenient to park the car at the hotel. Breakfast is great and Staff is nice. But everything is nice and definitely will go again.

Our 2nd away at the Imperial this year ans it won't be our last! Love the oldy world charm of the hotel and yes it needs some TLC but hopefully the renovation work will not be too severe. The staff are brilliant and we can recommend the breakfast buffet as being one of the best I've had world wide on my travels. A couple of negatives.....maybe the bar staff could do table service in the lobby and lounge? And a couple of the younger members of the staff need to learn to smile and be a little friendly. And maybe the entertainment could be better advertised by putting a poster in the lifts as most people missed seeing it on re caption. Oh and the food was very good both in the restaurant and bar. We look forward to returning soon.

Came here for a trip with my wife. First impressions were that it's nice from the outside we paid to upgrade our room to a superior room. Once inside our room it is really outdated for the price you pay. The ceiling is pealing from a leak, the radiator does not work. The toilet looks like the original from the 1800's. Also, you have to pay an extra £9 for parking. Really good location to the beach but isn't worth £137 for 1 night. The best part was the buffet breakfast which was good and hot.

We love Blackpool and could not of stayed in a more beautiful hotel, staff was brilliant and breakfast was excellent and we had everything we needed, really loved the room.

Lovely hotel, nice rooms. Friendly staff that can’t do enough for you. Food is great, lovely breakfast. In a quiet location but tram stop right outside and lovely views of the sea. Would highly recommend and will be staying here again.
