Just back from a 2 night stay. Good location for North pubs etc. Cost us £100 for 2 nights B&B. 2 guys but we got a tip to book a double room as they all have a double bed and a single and rooms are bigger. Room fine, en-suite a bit dated but functional. Shower great. Beds comfy. Hosts were great. Breakfast was a buffet and well cooked. For the price we paid defo stay again.

Greeted by very friendly couple who had social distancing measures in place and were very polite and helpful . It was only a one night stay for a concert but room was very clean and tidy and bed was comfortable . Breakfast was well worth the extra £5 each and it was far cheaper to park there than on the council carparks which were astronomical so I prebooked with the Tregenna. The location was central and ideal for the Winter Gardens as concert was at the Opera House within there

Comfortable, clean. Good facilities in the room. Good wifi. Friendly owners. Good location not far from the centre and the promenade.
Remember though, like most Blackpool B&Bs/guest houses there is no lift so you will need to be able to get up and down stairs.
