貝爾羅伊飯店(Belroy Hotel)

Visited during Oct half term with a friend and our 2 children. This was my 3rd visit to the Belroy and was made to feel welcome once again. The manager is so lovely and nothing is to much trouble. Room was lovely, clean and had everything we needed for our 2 night stay (including towels and soap). Location of this hotel is brilliant, literally minutes from the town. We will stay here again nxt year for sure x

Very friendly staff and welcoming. Comfortable room to get your head down at night . Very good location 2mins from beach Close by to all facilities local pubs cafes restaurants just in general lovely place so if your looking for quiet place to get head down for short stay we would recommend here. 2mins walk from coach station

Couldn't ask for more Arif was very helpfull rooms were clean. Booked hotel again.

We stayed here for 2 night. The couple that runs the place are very freandly will do anything to help definitely will stsy again. Clean and tidy.

Thaw properly was in easy reach to the town centre compatible and with amenities quite easily accessible to the town.

The man who greeted us was lovely and helpful the room was very dated and worn you get what you pay for

I had a single room it was not good the room from top to bottom was dirty shower sink toilet carpet cups kettle bed never had a headboard there was know tea coffee sugar or milk in room the room needs a good makeover

Yes it was cheap but still…. After a 4 hr train journey, no one was there to greet us despite them knowing what time we were arriving. Eventually given the keys to room 11 (50 steep stairs) top floor the heating was on but promptly turned off and stayed off until the morning we left. No hot water despite running the water for 10 mins several times a day. I paid extra for toiletries and a hairdryer so didn’t bring my own. Had to ask for the hairdryer and toiletries to which I was told the 2 £2 size soaps were the toiletries. No plug in the sink. Bathroom ceiling covered in mould. Discoloured bath mat. Their clientele consisted off people drunk, shouting, slamming doors, crying, arguing, intimate noise all of which continued all through the night every night and a refusal argument to vacate by 10 o’clock. Despite being freezing and unable to wash for the weekend and paying extra for items I couldn’t use, the hotel is located near the tower, trams and town centre.
