斯特拉斯登飯店(The Strathdon)

Will never run out of superlatives for the Strathdon. After recently receiving some bad news I decided to book a last minute trip to my happy place, Blackpool, and was delighted to see there was a room available at the Strathdon. Right from the first email the service from Veronica and Ian was 10/10 as is always the case. I was in Room 4 and it was absolutely spotless and the bed very comfortable, 2 good nights sleep were had. The atmosphere in the bar area at night was just lovely too. There was a really nice family in who shared my love of Blackpool, and it really lifted my mood. A hotel is only as good as its owners though, and in Veronica and Ian this place really has the very best. Looking forward to "ringing the bell" in a few weeks and then coming back to the hotel to stay. Many thanks as always Dave

Fantastic stay always is after soooo many years staying here we wouldn’t come if Veronica and Ian ever moved on. Such well kept place to stay so clean and tidy love all the little extras in room and had an evening meal as Veronica’s cooking is second to none. Great choice breakfast each morning and overall there isn’t one thing I could say they need to change or do any different another great stay shame we can’t get here more over the year. As for location it’s perfect to access most attractions and slightly off the front in a very well kept road. Highly recommend the strathdon it won’t disappoint.

We Stayed at this hotel over the weekend - me , my wife and daughter,and from start to finish it was brilliant- everything u need from a hotel was there , A Really genuine friendly welcome to start with , it’s a lovely hotel, super clean , with comfortable beds , spacious rooms , a liecened bar - you can tell it’s really well looked after hotel , great location, at a very competitive rate , we had a fantastic sleep .and it comes with 1 of the best breakfasts we’ve ever had with everything you can think off, first class quality-. Ian and Veronica do a fantastic job well done guys , we will be back !!

The best b&b in Blackpool. Ian and Veronica who run it are the the best hosts that I've ever met. And the rooms are clean and tidy and the food is very good. They go above and beyond to make sure that your stay goes like clockwork

Just got home after staying here for the 1st time..what can I say other than fantastic...from the minute we got there Veronica & Ian were so friendly & welcoming, we had 2 rooms booked with them and both rooms were very clean/tidy & spacious and of a superb standard. Nothing was to much for Veronica & Ian even with our fussy eating children at breakfast time , the breakfast was amazing with a variety of choice to suit all needs. Already booked to return next yr as we checked out.

An unbelievably welcoming couple in Ian & Von. Hotel clean and tidy. Visit England 4* rating plus numerous other awards. Room was brilliant, comfortable, clean with a lovely en-suite. Great company to come back to after seeing the Blackpool illuminations and we enjoyed a drink in the bar area. Very inticing bar menu also. Slept soundly. Tea / coffee making facilities in room best I've ever seen. Superb (award winning) breakfast. Excellent value for money. We will return.

My friend and I stayed here for a short break last week. We had the best room, with double beds that were very comfortable. Ian and Vonnie who own and run the hotel are lovely friendly people, with Von being a top chef in her own right and Ian who kept us laughing with his jokes. We were made to feel truly at home and would certainly recommend a stay here.

Warm welcome on arrival, hosts very friendly and helpful, couldn't do enough for you.room was spotless and very comfy,food was excellent. Will definitely stay again

Veronica and Ian were great hosts and very accommodating. The hotel lived up to its four stars and more. I would highly recommend The Strathdon to our friends and family. The breakfast was five star and the hotel was spotless. My husband , daughter and I will definitely be booking again. Thanks again Veronica and Ian for being superb hosts xxx
