布拉內斯有無線網路的飯店

這家酒店滿足了你所有的要求,溫暖的牀,熱水淋浴,早餐都包含在內。對於你的buck那種地方來說,真是大爆炸,特別是如果你路過的話。工作人員很好,房間很乾淨。不過有幾個原因不推薦更長的住宿,一是房間沒有冰箱,這迫使你把飯都在外面吃,傢俱本身舊一點。房間大小還可以,我確實希望它們大一點。從任何地方都沒有海洋的景色(除了可能是屋頂,但當我在那裏時它關閉了),沒有自己的缺點,只是一個觀察。還有,房間不隔音。你可以聽到鄰居做各種事情和他們哭鬧的孩子。總的來說,以實惠的價格和善良和包容的工作人員,值得。

Nous sommes venus pour deux nuit, la chambre était correct, la salle de bain aussi. Le petit déjeuné, quant à lui était super, il y avait tout ce qu’il faut, sucré, salé, machine à boisson chaude et boisson froide variés. Le personnel était très sympathique et accueillant, ils se démènent pour que leurs clients soit au maximum satisfait et ne manque de rien. Je recommande cet hôtel pour un petit séjour dans la ville de blanes, en famille ou entre amis ( en famille, l’idéal est de prendre des chambres séparés, elle sont quand même assez petite, nous étions trois cousines et c’était l’idéal ).

Fab酒店,工作人員非常友好和樂於助人。早餐豐富,適合每個人,我們在酒店度過了一週的4個晚上,非常好。食物很好吃,種類繁多,價格非常合理。屋頂上的游泳池很完美,還有一個水療中心可以享受。房間乾淨舒適,牀鋪和毛巾每天都換。在牀上睡得很好,如果你能得到海景房,景色很棒。海灘就在馬路對面,步行一小段路到市中心。我完全推薦這家酒店。

Location is fabulous however once you look past the stunning views and look closely at the furnishings then you start to notice how tired and shabby the rooms actually are! The sofa bed in room 707 was covered in stains, the curtains had holes in them and we’re actually dirty (don’t think they had been cleaned since they were hung) the maiden outside was covered in dirt and dust which we cleaned as we couldn’t put out our towels. I took photos of the room as we were told when we booked in that the hotel charged €200 deposit as we were liable to leave the room in a clean condition. We were dropped off by our transfer company around the corner and told the hotel was just around the corner, when we arrived at the hotel there was a note on the door telling us we must go to the Hotel Horitzo. No map no instructions, not ideal when you have been travelling through the night, in a foreign country, don’t speak Spanish and you have to stop and ask someone if they can help? We did find out where the hotel was some 600 meters away with 4 pieces of luggage in 75 degrees heat! Then we had to trape back and were confronted with a disgusting room. But as Brits we tried to make good and mend, we bought a load of cleaning stuff and stayed the night, however one night was enough on the sofa bed which was the worst nights sleep in my life, another trip down to the Hotel Horitzo and we showed our evidence and asked to be moved and they obliged by asking €20 per night more for room 101. Once again the room wasn’t up to standard but we persevered and cleaned it ourselves, we shouldn’t have been put in that situation as the resort had only just opened and all the rooms should have been pristine imo, the outside of the accommodation was being used as a dog’s toilet per stains on the outside of the building, this should have been hosed down on a daily basis, we won’t be staying here again, I waited for my deposit to be placed back into my account before writing this review

En general está bien pero hay zonas que necesitan reforma, escaleras (las bajé varias veces porque el ascensor suele estar ocupado) acceso a piscina, el salón-comedor (es pequeño, sin ventanas, teniendo otra sala anexa mucho más grande). A su favor, está bien situado y hay un parking enorme gratuito cerca. (el hotel tiene un parking muy pequeño de pago). Destacar también el personal de comedor, son muy amables y serviciales todos. La comida, aunque no hay gran variedad es correcta. Sobre la piscina, un poco justa cuando el hotel está tan lleno. Habitaciones bien, están reformadas e incluyen minibar y caja fuerte, aunque las camas no son muy buenas. El baño amplio y con ventana. Respecto al balcón, el nuestro era RIDICULO, apenas cabían las dos sillas. Hice la reserva con ellos directamente insistiéndoles con la terraza y plantas superiores. Nos la dieron en la 7ª planta pero un mini balcón- Además olía mucho a tabaco, solicité un cambio en dos ocasiones y ni siquiera lo intentaron. A la salida del hotel ni nos preguntaron como había sido nuestra estancia. En resumen, el hotel esta bien para unos días, pero sinceramente para mí no tiene la categoría de 4 estrellas superior.

J’ai séjourné une semaine dans cet hôtel en famille fin juillet 2023. Accompagnée de mes deux enfants, j’avais choisi cet établis*****t en raison de sa situation privilégiée ( qq mètres de la plage ) et des prestations proposées ( 1/2 pension) et deux espaces piscine bien aménagés ( transats, parasols et végétation ) Possibilité de bénéficier de la pension complète pour ceux qui le souhaitent. Malheureu*****t, nous avons dû partager les murs de cet hôtel avec deux colonies de vacances : deux groupes d’adolescents français accompagnés de leurs animateurs . Ces jeunes , extrêmement bruyants, totalement irrespectueux, ont fait preuve de nombreuses incivilités tout au long du séjour : nuisances sonores permanentes ( je suis polie en utilisant ces termes ! ). Nos voisines de chambres nous ont fait bénéficier d’un vacarme quotidien tard dans la nuit ( j’ai dû intervenir en pleine nuit , puis demander un entretien avec des animateurs) . Le brouhaha permanent dans la salle de restaurant ne nous permettait pas d’y passer des moments agréables et conviviaux . Les moments de détente à la piscine ont été inexistants en raison du chahut de ces groupes au abord des bassins ( jeux de ballons, bousculades en tout genre et diffusion de musique personnelle sur portables , strictement interdits par l’hôtel). Je me suis plainte auprès de l’assistante du manager de ces conditions dégradées d’hébergement. Désolée et témoin de l’ambiance épouvantable au sein de son établis*****t, elle s’est contentée d’acquiescer. Un vrai fiasco ! Je tiens à souligner que le staff est hyper souriant et patient . À l’accueil, on vous donne de bons conseils touristiques et les femmes de ménage, très gentilles et discrètes passent quotidiennement changer les serviettes et faire les lits. Ma mésaventure n’est pas un scénario exceptionnel car très fréquemment des colonies occupent cet hôtel ( la réceptionniste me l’a expliqué). C’est tout simplement scandaleux de vouloir faire cohabiter ce type de clientèle avec des retraités, des enfants , des familles ou des couples ! Je voyage régulièrement en famille à travers l’Europe et je n’ai jamais été confrontée à pareille situation !
