The place was nice but we could not utilize the hot tub as we wanted to because the pool area was so busy with kids running and screaming that we felt uncomfortable. We forgot two items in the room when we left and called about them and they never found them for us.

Had a great stay at this property. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and spacious. The bathroom was small but had nice counter space. The location was very convenient.

The area was very quiet. The hotel and rooms are clean. Only thing I would suggest is to get microwaves in the rooms. It’s very inconvenient to go all the way downstairs to warm your food especially if you’re on the 4th floor like I was. But overall my stay was very pleasant with a friendly staff.

Staff was very friendly and professional. However, my sheets and towels appeared to have a grey look and the extra sheets had stains on it. The staff admitted that the linen and towels were in the process of being changed out to hotel white linens and towels, and that the grey looking towels were all old. He was friendly and switched out all linen and towels for the room. Cookies were fantastic!
