The hotel is in need of massive upgrades and a good deep cleaning. The pool area is very large, odd to get to, but very outdated and just looked and felt dirty. The rooms are very small, outdated and dingy looking. They need to deep clean the hotel rather than surface cleaning. Restaurant for breakfast was good, staff was very kind. It felt very different than the hotel, it was clean and had a nice cozy a**osphere. To sum it up, hotel is mediocre, needs to be upgraded and cleaned.

Upon entry there was nobody at the front desk. During my stay the coffee shop was never open, and the lady in the restaurant was rude like I was bothering her so I left. The room was ok but was not ask described on the website. The parking lot is hard to navigate so having to pay $10 a day is a bit much.

Greatly surprised this is an IHG member - no soap, “hand towels” as bath towels, inconvenient overnight parking, and awkward check in process. Will not recommend this hotel at all. Again, IHG should be embarrassed.

The staff made it uncomfortable to talk to them. They seemed bothered when being approached. I felt the same energy from everyone I came in contact with from beginning to end. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to family or friends.

Nice parking garage with hundreds of unused covered spaces that hotel guests are not allowed to use. It is shared with apar**ent residents in the same facility so for 2nd floor access to the hotel lobby you must park on the top floor in the rain & snow and use a room key to run the elevators. (took a couple days to get used to) The weight room is really great but there’s no air movement (fans or AC) so prepare to sweat. The pool seems mostly intended for the residents. It was ice cold and awkward, and smaller than it looks in the pictures. I did not buy a package that included breakfast so the very nice buffet, with tip, was quite an expensive surprise the first morning. So, I bought groceries and ate breakfast in the room the rest of my stay. The bar is quite nice. Grill service was good. It is super convenient to the airport and facilities are well laid out and the staff is fantastic.

Nice hotel. The parking garage signage feels like you are being Punk’d. Not sure if they are in the middle of some type of switching of the signs or something but none of the arrows lead you to anywhere that they should and most of the lines are painted the blue handicapped lines. The arrows to the exit don’t lead you to the exit. They have cones leading you through parking spots to get around poles. The entire parking garage was set up like some type of Amazing Race challenge.

一泊のみの利用でした。 以前仕事でこのホテルに何度も長期滞在した事があり、久しぶりに泊まりたくなり予約しました。 フロントの対応は特別フレンドリーでもなく、かと言って失礼な対応でもなく、問題なしです。 部屋の清掃もいき届いており、快適に過ごせます。 空港までも近く、モールオブアメリカまでも徒歩圏内です。 ミネソタはお気に入りなので、次回の訪問の際にも、また泊まりたいホテルです。

The hotel overall was good. Our room floor was dirty after walking around in white socks they were black. Not sure we’ll come back
