Crowne Plaza Suites MSP機場 - 美國購物中心(Crowne Plaza Suites MSP Airport - Mall of America)

Upon entry there was nobody at the front desk. During my stay the coffee shop was never open, and the lady in the restaurant was rude like I was bothering her so I left. The room was ok but was not ask described on the website. The parking lot is hard to navigate so having to pay $10 a day is a bit much.

Greatly surprised this is an IHG member - no soap, “hand towels” as bath towels, inconvenient overnight parking, and awkward check in process. Will not recommend this hotel at all. Again, IHG should be embarrassed.

一泊のみの利用でした。 以前仕事でこのホテルに何度も長期滞在した事があり、久しぶりに泊まりたくなり予約しました。 フロントの対応は特別フレンドリーでもなく、かと言って失礼な対応でもなく、問題なしです。 部屋の清掃もいき届いており、快適に過ごせます。 空港までも近く、モールオブアメリカまでも徒歩圏内です。 ミネソタはお気に入りなので、次回の訪問の際にも、また泊まりたいホテルです。

The staff was pleasant for what little interaction we had, but the room smelled strongly of cigarettes and the air conditioning unit was yellowed with nicotine. There had obviously been upgrades recently, but repairs weren't made prior, there was old water damage visible under relatively new wallpaper for instance. If you have to park at the hotel, make sure you're at the absolute top of the garage so you don't have to use the stairs, which are in such bad repair there's soft spots in the steel stairs. We stayed for a single night and definitely would not choose this hotel again.

It’s a no for me. First room was on the 5th floor, no tub, just a shower and it was like a locker room shower, nothing blocking the water from going in the rest of the bathroom. As soon as I walked in, I checked the bed, pillows disgustingly dirty and hair was noticeable in multiple places on the bed! I’ve added photos. Front desk relocated me to 3rd floor, room was bigger, view of the front of the hotel. Why not put me here in the first place! Snow storm my first night, NO TV SERVICE AT ALL. Y’all gotta do better, we 2023 - stop relying on antennas on y’all roof! Parking is only on top level, no cover which was unfortunate during the snow storm, they did not ice the lot, I slipped on my way in the day after the storm. To top it all off the final receipt charged me for “3rd party code” $80!!! What!? I’ll pay the $10 a night for parking but $80 for something the front desk lady had no idea what the charge meant. No ma’am. Never coming back.

Super thin walls, was up most of the night due to neighbors watching TV. They were not super loud but the walls are thin and I could hear everything. The parking was also a good hike away and due to recent snow, really hard to navigate. Staff was great but hotel is dated and not super clean. Due to these factors would not stay again, too many better, newer choices nearby and same price range.

This hotel is suppose to be a park & fly & they charged us $180 to leave the vehicle there for a week. Restaurant is crazy expensive & food was nothing special. Entry doors didn’t work & coffee bar not even open in the morning on a weekend. I would never stay here again.

Paid for premium king room was given standard room #708. Restaurant was terrible!
