Please have the supplier call the hotel manager SCOTT right now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. The hotel agreed to cancel the second night!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! No kidding

Nos gustó la estadía en este hotel ,tiene transporte ala mall , el desayuno es de lo mejor, nunca aviamos tenido tantas opciones de desayuno y lo cambia cada día , las chicas que están en la cocina son muy amables , lo único que me fallaron en nuestro cuarto fue el microondas estaba sucio y lo tuve que limpiar yo y aún así les dejé tip ala chica de limpieza

Room was fine but won’t stay again due to bad experience with the ride front desk girl. My room was paid in advance but she insisted it was not and charged again. My attempt to show her the double charge was condescendingly denied being told I was wrong. Then all of a sudden she realized she misread something on screen and credits back the double charge for the room but no apology. Then she proceeds to charge the $50 deposit but makes me insert card at least five times saying they won’t go through. Meanwhile I’m getting charge notifications from my card company. Confirmed with credit card company there are duplicate charges showing up on my card. I asked to get that fixed. Again without even taking time to look into it she immediately denies there are no duplicate charges and I am wrong. People and computers make mistakes that’s fine. My issue is with her bad attitude and lack of willingness to solve issues.

This hotel was awful! We checked into our room, then headed to the mall. When we got back, we discovered our toilet wasn’t working. The hotel switched us rooms (as they should), but the next one was dirty! Switch again and this one was somewhat fine - clean bed and functioning toilet. We go to check out the next morning and speak to the assistant manager and he was disappointed to hear about our stay, but couldn’t refund us because we’d already paid through *******. He offered us a free stay next time. Fast forward a few days and we check our credit card statement and the hotel charged us $209. Remember, he could refund us because we already paid through *******? We contacted the hotel right away, but we got no response to our email and no one returned our call. So now we’re disputing the charge with the credit card. We will never, ever stay at this hotel again.

I would stay here again. The place was clean and quiet, which are, for me, the most important items. I didn't try the breakfast or check out the pool, so I have no comment on these things. The check-in took too long. For some reason, the agent had to go into the back, twice, during the process.

The Breakfast was very good. The room was an unwelcome wind tunnel of cold air blasting directly at the bed when the Air Conditioning kicked in, making it impossible to sleep. No way to redirect the Air Conditioning. I eventually turned the Air off. It was 78 degrees in the room by morning. Not going to stay here again.

the reservation was not what we boked and we missed the check in. I arrived and was told that the reservation was for the previous day. so i had to find accommodations elsewhere and was seriously inconvenienced.

Hardworking and good staff. Clean rooms. The towels where small and rough. The hot tub was broken, and the breakfast was good, but there where a lot of people so the staff had a hard time keeping up with keeping items stocked.
