明尼阿波利斯/布盧明頓希爾頓花園飯店(Hilton Garden Inn Minneapolis/Bloomington)

This review is not really for the hotel itself, but more for the shuttle service and the communication (or lack thereof) with the hotel and driver(s). The shuttle service at the Hilton Garden Inn (Mall of America) was horrible for pick-ups. Both at the Mall of America and at the Airport. We called for a shuttle, they said 15 minutes and it was over an hour wait in the freezing cold. We got back to the hotel and there were 2 shuttles sitting idle. Called the front desk several times, even had them hang up on us once. I will NEVER stay at this hotel again. Way over-priced, Extra $$ for continental breakfast, lousy shuttle service.

This hotel was mostly a convenience for me and my boyfriend, it was in an area closest to the mall and lots of restaurants. However, the elevator at one point took 20 minutes to come down. The hot tub wasn’t as hot and the jets weren’t as strong still a nice relaxing hot tub.

The people at the front desk are some of the nicest and efficient people I've seen working at a hotel in quite a while. Excellent staff.

Hotel and rooms were clean, staff was friendly, and food was good for the location! Hot tub was out of order, which was very disappointing as it was one of the main amenities we wanted to use and why we chose this location. (Please keep your hotel details up to date online so guests can make informed decisions before booking) Otherwise it was a good stay!

I am very loyal to this brand, and want to continue to believe that they uphold a high standard in customer care, but this location proved me wrong. As a diamond member, you would think they would at least give you some sort of perk, but they did not. They barely even wanted to give me breakfast. I repeated my questions and the guy at the front desk on 10/15/23 at around 8am kept saying no to everybting I said lol. For the hotel to have signs around saying “Our goal is to make your stay better and brighter. If something isn't just the way you like it, simply let any hotel team member know, and we will make it right. Guaranteed.” This was not the case, the guy that “helped” didn’t say a thing about complementary breakfast for being a diamond member, I had to tell him and show him my app for him to honor it… and just gave me 1 vs 2 for the friend that was with me- in addition to this, I asked him what the point of being a diamond member was if no perks were being provided, he proceeded to shrug his shoulders and act like he didn’t really care. I do not recommend this hotel. I really hope they get staff that wants to actually be nice and work here. Unbelievable experience for a Hilton Hotel :/

Everything was super easy upon check in. Breakfast was not free but it was worth the 14 dollars. The waffle was amazing.

This hotel was such a nice place to stay. It was clean and quiet and the staff were always so helpful. The only down side to this hotel was the hot water. I did have two cold showers here as the water just never heated up. But I would stay here again all the same.

After confirming checking we were told we had to pay $10/night for parking and to do so by scannjnga code on an insecure WIFI connection. I don't live in the USA so don't have my own data....then the customer service person hands us two (complimentary) bottles of water.....is that to make up for charging for parking....last time I checked water was free in my room....maybe not next yr..well I won't find out , because after being a loyal customer, we will be staying somewhere that doesn't charge for parking Toodles
