The property was convenient and accessible to the airport, which I appreciated. The shower door in my room did not close and the water temperature was either too hot or too cold. I also wish that the airport shuttle was available after 11pm upon my arrival. Upon my departure, I had made a 7:30 shuttle reservation upon check-in and after checking out at 7:30, asked about the shuttle. I was told that the driver had already left and would be returning. He did not return until 7:45, which caused me to be a few minutes to my connecting shuttle at the airport.

I will never stay at this Hilton again and I have stayed there several times in the past. My daughter and I used the keycard to find a man in the bed!!!! Front desk supervisor gave me attitude and ignored my frustration of the situation. New room was almost 80° and after no help from the front desk I finally got it to cool down but it took until the morning.

The desk clerks were EXTREMELY helpful and pleasant. I was only carrying cash upon check in and they assisted me through the process! The rooms were very quiet and CLEAN! Just wish I could have spent more time at your facility! Thank you all! I worked in hospitality for 5 years and it’s not always an easy task!

The guy that checked us in was very friendly! Rooms are small and beds uncomfortable. Pool area was ok. We went down for breakfast in the morning and the lady that was serving guests said we had to pay, which was very disappointing since we were not told. For two people our bill was $23 which was for 2 children. Also didn’t know there was a parking fee either. The hotel was very quiet and convenient to get to the MOA which was the reason for our stay!

Everything was clean. Everyone was nice. Fresh, hot complimentary coffee. Water was hot. Pressure was good. Conditioner was amazing. TV worked fine during arctic-geddon. Goldilocks Moments: towels could be softer. Pillows were too soft for me. Pillow plushiness assortment would be preferred.

To hot. Went to front desk and asked how to shut thermostat off. Opened window. Cooled off room and then it rose back up without anything on. Could not sleep. Reported it to Hilton gardens and said thanks for your feedback. They guaranteed the room per policy but didn’t see any attempt to reconcile the stay.

A great place to stay when heading to or from the airport. Shuttle is awesome and convenient, rooms are nice and quiet. The public areas show some wear, but the staff was attentive and professional. Mall of America is a short drive away and, again, the shuttle makes it easy.

Have stayed in many Hiltons and have never had to pay for parking. We checked in very late due to travel and were not informed that was a fee until we found a pamphlet the next day on our window of our vehicle. We then found out they were going to charge us a late fee and the service desk said they could do nothing. Also the showers were warm at best. Shuttle drivers were very courteous and great.
