美國商場麗笙飯店(Radisson Blu Mall of America)

I wanted a place close the the Mall of America so I could shop and come and go to all the activities for my 8 yr old son. The Hotel was perfect .. never had to experience the cold weather in my 4 day stay, as I simply needed to leave our coats in the room and use the sky bridge and we were inside the mall. The room was clean and I felt safe during my entire stay. The price was fair in my opinion and I will stay there again on my next shopping spree.

I requested adjoining rooms when I reserved through *******. Confirmed over the phone early before check in with a front desk person. When we got there no adjoining rooms. I didn’t want my daughter and her friend 12 and 13 in their own room even if it was right next door. Really bad customer service.

beautiful hotel, loved our stay but what I didn’t like was parking we had to pay for parking. Definitely made me not feel like a GUEST. Other thing I called to ask if our stay included some passes for the Mall of America said YES and when we got there said we didn’t get a package I never got told I had to purchase a package. but hey so much for booking a different hotel this year also asked if there was free breakfast because in the hotel listed free breakfast yea got told we had to get like a higher upgrade in our room so we can get free breakfast, yea ridiculous. I stayed at country inn & suites by radisson last year gaved us 4 passes to mall of America plus 2 more for sea life oh and free parking oh and free breakfast.

Was not treated with respect. I was given incorrect information. Only to find out it was a lie. I have stayed here several times and never dealt with this before. As a regular patron i should not have had to deal with this.

The front desk person was EXTREMELY rude and condescending. Her name is Christina. We have stayed here many, many times over the years and will 100% not return.
