機場舒適套房飯店(Comfort Suites Airport Alcoa)

Hotel was very clean and smelled wonderful. Breakfast was awesome, hot breakfast along with waffle maker and standard cereal etc. Only negative was juices tasted very watered down all 3 days. Pool was great, very warm water. Hot tub had some kind of black goopy stuff along sidewalls. Kids had a great time, staff was great. Will stay again.

The included breakfast was very good. The hotel is conveniently located a half mile from the Knoxville airport. Parking was a bit of a challenge due to the property letting people park their cars in the parking lot while they leave town on vacations or business trips. My wife said it is a service they advertise. I don’t feel the parking lot is big enough to accommodate that service.

Breakfast is unacceptable a single waffle machine and it's 30 minutes to be able to eat. The sheets smell bad. There is damage to the walls.

Nice hotel and was excited that they had an indoor hot tub. Until I tried it. Basically it was a warm bubbly experience in about 2 1/2 feet of water. No jets to speak of

Will be where we always stay! With a large family it’s hard to find rooms to fit us but this place was great!

After 3 days of stay, i requested the room to be clean and refill items. The room things to refill not done properly such as suger, and tea bags e.t.c. the room was't clean well.

Front desk whining about the only person working and wouldn’t provide 24 seven shuttle pick up how to take an Uber guess you have to make reservations well in advance for airport pick up also carpet looks dirty. I did get a nice ride in the morning there a shuttle to the airport, and the only person working front desk took me there.

The traffic in the area at the time we arrived made it difficult to get around the immediate area.
