阿爾科雅諾克斯維爾凱藝飯店(Quality Inn Alcoa Knoxville)

Second time this week staying at this hotel on our trip. Easy check-in, room was clean.

I had reservations for a 5 night stay . Got there on Thursday and clerk told me they had me down for the following Monday. Informed me they had no available rooms had to scurry around to find another room and they wouldn't refund my payment very disappointed. My wife's sister has cancer and we needed a place stay probably on numerous occasions during her treatments.

EZ check in. Double beds ain't queen beds. Quality Inn AC's cool, but never pull the humidity out of the air.

I liked the location of the property. What I didn't like was the fact that I asked to be moved because the beds were obviously used prior to me checking in. There were stains, dirt and a dirty tubs. They moved me to three different rooms and I kid you not all three rooms had soiled and dirty sheets on them. After speaking to the Manager Ashley, she gave me a whooping 23.00 discount that was taken up by different fees. It ended up not being a discount afterall. The last night there, I'm in the bathroom and here is a roach crawling on the wall. If you decide to take a chance and stay at the Quality Inn in Alcoa, Tn, check your sheets.

Nice clean hotel. Service good. Room very small. Sink for bathroom was out in room which I didn’t care for

Not bad but also not great. Just an average motel. Beds were fine, room was a little dirty and bathroom was a little dirty. Staff were great

The room was a little small - but it served our purpose perfectly - a quick overnight stay on a long trip. Hotel and room were both very clean! This is my number one concern with any hotel - cleanliness!

Parking lot not treated when a snow storm had come by. So parking lot very icy and dangerous to cross to get car. Upon checking in I had to give a $100 dollar cash deposit since I was staying there. Checked in the day before no deposit . Next day I had to. They wouldn’t do it on my credit card either. So I had to leave and go get cash to check in. I had already previously paid for my stay through ******* which went smoothly. I asked for a receipt when I gave $100. My key to get into my room on the second day stopped working and the lady upfront had to reset it. It worked after that. No issues at check out. I did have to ask for my deposit back. They asked me if I smoked. Which I did not. Only reason why I booked the hotel was because I couldn’t get home due to the snowstorm and I’m a healthcare worker.

Stayed here cause I was stranded from a snow storm and had to get to work close by. Good room and bed. Staff nice. Only issue was parking lot was covered in snow and ice and I felt like I was skating across the parking lot. Maybe something should have been done about that. Other wise food stay.
