布萊斯維爾速8飯店(Super 8 by Wyndham Blytheville)

Room was freezing. Thermostat was not working. The desk clerk offered to change rooms, but it was too much trouble and already late in the evening. She very nicely brought me extra blankets and a space heater. That helped a lot.

Extremely dirty. I only stayed because I paid ahead. Smelled moldy in rooms. The only thing part way clean was the bath tub for taking a shower. Everything else was filthy.

Staff was great. Building is run down. Not the cleanest but I am a bit of a germophobe.

Great property. 3rd floor with no elevator was a challenge for 70 year olds. But we managed

The hotel was pretty dated and not terribly well maintained. We didn't need heat or air conditioning when we were there but if we had I think we would have been out of luck. Because neither would turn on.

Arrived at a very busy hotel. Given keys to our room. We opened our room door to someone else's stuff in our room! Previous tenant (in our room) was "not booked by his boss" for another evening and tenant was unaware of his boss's actions. Front desk said they had another room available for us, but it was smoking. I refused it as I "booked no smoking". Staff was professional, polite and apologetic but had no solution for us that was non smoking. I called ******* and they found the only other hotel in Blytheville, AR with an available no smoking room. Tenant's boss made mistake with his employee's booking, not me! Super 8 and their staff should have handled this differently. Five stars for ******* on this one.

No pool or gym. No elevator. Bed was awfully close to wall, I don't know how the housekeeper can make the bed. There wasn't anything that stood out that i liked.

Room was suppose to be a non-smoking room but smelled of smoke, the AC didn't work, and room wasn't very clean. Requested refund and found a different place to stay.

TV is programmed to be on 4:3 format. No way to change it. Remote is not programmed correctly. No access to channel guide. What a pita
