As a frequent traveller over the past 30 years, I use hotels on a weekly basis. This hotel ranks a shared 1# with a hotel in Cancun where all public bathrooms were clogged for days and the hotel room door lock would not close, all personal belongings up fot the grabs and no service. This ‘Oyo’ hotel deserves an equal first place in the worst hotel rank I ever encountered. I booked the hotel via ******* and arrived at the reception to check in and get the room key. I had stopped by before to check the place out before booking. The place is shabby with weird types hanging around at the parking lot. Since there were no other rooms available I decided to stay with this one. Better than nothing. To my astonishment a greedy and breathtakingly rude owner would not give me the booked room because ‘******* would not pay him enough money for the room’. Absurd ofcourse. When I pointed him on the fact that I had a room booked and paid for hence a legal contract he got a total fit shouted that it is *******s problem and sent me away. One is never to old to get a new experience that is clear! I think I have never encounted such a dishonest complete loser in my life. probably he was not even the owner as he proclaimed. I am only suprised that a quality house as ******* maintains business relationships with such third rate joints, but that is not for me to decide. I can only report. My tip: avoid a serious headache and stay as fas away as you can from this place ‘OYO’. Hope this helps others
