邁爾斯堡-FL希爾頓安泊飯店(Embassy Suites by Hilton Fort Myers Estero)

Hotel enorme, con una hall e sala colazione che arriva fino al soffitto, temevamo rumore in camera, ma non c'è stato. L'hotel ha bisogno di una rinnovata e qualche cura in più ai dettagli. La camera era spaziosa, salotto, bagno e camera. Colazione invece deludente, tanto che il secondo giorno siamo andati fuori a farla. Anche in questo Hotel vige la politica che la pulizia giornaliera (compresa la sostituzione delle salviette) non viene eseguita se non richiesto espressamente dal cliente...questa cosa non ci è piaciuta per niente negli Hotel che l'hanno adottata. La piscina è ampia, con vista verso gli alligatori, ma tutto protetto e in sicurezza. Da rivedere al ribasso le tariffe dato lo stato dell'hotel.

No me gusto por que llame antes de ir al hotey les pedí que NO quería habitación con carpet y le dije a la recepción en el momento de hacer el checkin la misma recomendación a lo cual la persona de recepción me contestó que TODO el hotel tenía carpet pero la persona que me atendió la llamada antes de ir nunca. Me dijo que el hotel no tenía tile en las habitaciones y me dijo que tomaría en cuenta mi petición. Todo esto por que sufro de alergia severa

Nuestra estadía en el hotel nos dejó muy satisfechos, el hotel limpio, los desayunos variados y buenos y el personal muy amable. Está en buena ubicación cerca de todo.

Los colchones estan deteriorados habitacion 521 y las paredes de la habitacion acusan deterioro

The complimentary breakfast is great - lots of hot and cold options, and the scrambled eggs are actually good (not like rubber as on many buffets). Our room was clean and had plenty of space to stretch out. Only complaint is that the hair conditioner bottle was empty and there aren’t very many towels provided in the room. I noticed in other reviews that the shampoo or conditioner bottles were empty. They should replace them with clear bottles so that housekeeping knows when to refill them.

The facility was very clean albeit a bit dated in the rooms. Complimentary breakfasts were spectacular. Staff was wonderful: Very friendly and helpful. Location was convenient to the airport and our desired destinations. Will certainly stay here again!

The hotel was awesome will definitely stay there again. All staff were great. Alex and Alexis at the front desk were awesome. The only thing that we disliked and that is only our own opinion was the omelets werer very over cooked.

As a family of 6, it's always challenging finding a hotel that's comfortable for our family to share one room. The beds were comfortable, including the sleeper sofa, which often isn't the case. It was very helpful that there were an additional 2 sinks separate from the bathroom, making it easier for everyone to get ready at the same time. Also, the breakfast was one of the best complimentary breakfasts I've had at a hotel - plenty of options for everyone. The made to order omelets were delicious.
