飯店有一種奇怪的氣味，我們的房間 125 也有一種不同的奇怪氣味。浴室沒有風扇，所以天花板有黴菌。酒店裡的一切都非常破舊，我們很不舒服，不得不尋找臭蟲。床很舒服而且很乾淨，但是床單也破舊而且有點污漬。房間的描述是兩張大床，有兩張雙人床。工作人員很友好，樂於助人，但設施需要重大更新和翻新。

The only thing I like is the free breakfast but the dinning area is very small and a bit dirty also the first room that we stay the bathroom is dirty and the tub is making noise and the faucet in the sink is not working properly. They move us to another room the next day but it’s the same the whole place is outdated

This was the worst hotel stay of my life! WiFi was worthless; my room land line phone was broken, my electronic access key needed to be ‘rekeyed’ several times, my room cleaning was neglected 3 out of 5 days, at times hot breakfast items were unavailable, hotel night manager turned and walked away without saying a word when I asked for help, leaving night clerk to fumble around, elevator needs maintenance, neighborhood is non existent & next to a large gas station.

. Grounds were filthy.closed pool. Dirty workout room carpet needs cleaned or replaced. Charged pet fee without tell us the fee would be extra. I pickup poop everytime. and our pets are extremely trained and housebroken. I walk great distance with them to urinate and poop.

We could hear people running back and forth upstairs until all hours of the night, both nights. The room had been deep cleaned prior to us due to a smoking group that had pets. The steam cleaning smell was strong and affected my son’s allergies.
Parking was a little challenging but not a deal breaker.

When I checked out the room, it appeared that the poilet had been used (wadded up paper and not flushed), and the trash can under the sink contained trash. The rest of the room seemed to be OK, as I checked the bed and the drawers. Customer service was fine and the hot food breakfast was a nice touch.

The hotel was ok, but the third floor smelled horrible. The room was OK, but had to hold our nose from the elevator to the room.
Also, breakfast should start at 6, not 6:30.
