Booked another room for friends! It got slightly cheaper when we booked later interestingly! Wonderful location and they helped us get a side by side room despite two separate bookings

Great stay. Close to ocean line and visited interesting flea market.

We tried to check in at 5:15pm and we’re told our room wasn’t ready. We were eventually given a room on the ground floor next to the public restroom.there was a graduation part being held which resulted in very loud guests and an even louder bathroom door. I called the front desk twice and they were quick to address the issue however it continued and I gave up on calling. It would have been much better had the women’s restroom door closed quietly. The result was arguably the worst experience I’ve had at a hotel in some time and totally unacceptable for what I paid for the room. I booked a Four Season and got the local party palace. Very disappointing.

Had a pretty miserable experience. Didn't provide the type of room reserved, other guests were noisy that echoed throughout the hallway late in the night, plumbing issues caused downtime when needing shower, when ordering food at the restaurant - didn't provide what was requested (the waiter was listening passively as I was placing order thinking they already knew before I finished).

Was great only issue was food and bar closed we ordered pizza and wasnt allowed to eat in lobby. had to go to our room.. Also was not told about weddings.. Could not use bar or lobby on Saturday. Also the parking was packed. Should get a discount for Saturday night was not able to use tghe Lobby or bar..

The only issue I experienced was the sink that didn’t drain right away. It took forever & although I found it annoying, the room was so comfortable that I just put up with it. I’m sure they would have fixed it! The property is being better managed than I have previously experienced!

As you walk into the lobby, it feels quite grand, luxurious, and inviting all at the same time. The check-in process was quick and easy, no frills, no questions asked about room preferences, just submit the credit card for deposit and here is your room number. As we got to Room 113 as assigned, it was so stuffy and warm, we turned on the AC right away, automatic response. However, it had an error code and we could not adjust the temp or anything. Unfortunately, this was during a warmer weekend about 87 degree F. Our comfort level is about 76. We did not settle in. We left right away to the front desk asking for a different room where the AC works. It took forever because apparently, another guest in front of us also had the same issue. They were not able to accommodate her to a different room and said that she has a few hours to decide to not spend the night or deal with it. It was our turn, we stepped up and shared the same concern as the guest in front of us who was turned away. Luckily, they were able to find another room in the computer system for us. They got us switched after more than 15 minutes of waiting and negotiating. We got to the room and boy was it surprising. The bed sheets for both queen beds were never changed from the previous guests who stayed in that room. Food crumbs were on the inside, hairs were all over from top to bottom. The carpet was not vacuumed. We walked on crumbs and dirt. Of course we had to wear our shoes.
