太平洋之藍旅館(Pacific Blue Inn)

Our stay was enjoyable. Parking could have been closer as we had to pay to park. Our room was clean except the floor could use a cleaning. Didn't look bad, until we wiped up a water spill and the wash cloth turned black. The baked goodies every afternoon were nice. Our host was very nice and asked daily if we needed anything. We would recommend staying hete.

Excellent location. The room and facilities were good but we were disappointed that in the 4 nights we were there we didn’t once get any housekeeping. We’re tidy people but even the trash didn’t get picked up. ********** advertise daily housekeeping. It is remotely managed so only limited time to resolve any issues with a person.

Well it's quiet. That's because there is virtually no staff on site. We stayed 3 nights. We left each day after 9am and returned to the room around 3pm. No staff in the lobby for 2 of those days. If you need towels at 3pm, you will try to call 2 cell numbers to get ahold of someone, who will then try and have you hunt down a hidden key to the maids closet over the phone. If you notice a stain on your comforter, you will have to find and change the duvet yourself as they do not allow service in your room "for safety"...Which is odd, as NONE of the staff ever cares to wear masks indoors when they are around. Most disturbing, if your key gets demagnetized, try call the 3 different cell #s until someone picks up and has you find a hidden master key that unlocks every room. How is this safe? Check your bill as you leave as you we were initially charged over $100 over the price listed with no explanation except: *um maybe amenities?* To wrap, the sinks drain smells like raw sewage, and this place is a definite pass.

Parking was down the street in an open lot so we needed to empty everything out of our car since there was NO security. The sink in the bathroom drained poorly and the outlets did not work. The photos on line shows breakfast and cute bistro tables.... there was no food, no coffee and no service. Boutique is an understatement.

not happy with staying here. The place is very cold, not inviting and very poor management. They only have a nice patio with a fireplace that's off, so not inviting at all. Not coffee or tea or any person around to ask about anything. on top of everything they charge 10 for a parking thats not even in front of hotel. we got there around 8pm and nobody to help with lugage and had to walk to a parking lot and felt not safe at all.

I regret paying as much as we did for this room. Although the location was great, my wife and I will likely never go back due to the lack of Windows, services and the poor condition of the one sink in the room. A small number of ants in a sink that never drained and the lack of WiFi, just underwhelmed us. Clearly everyone in Santa Cruz raised their prices for UCSC’s graduation week but this was just not worth it.

Very clean room, comfortable bed, great location. Wonderful little hotel! Will definitely stay again 👍

The gentleman that checked me in Calvin was very helpful and pleasant. It was an easy walk to the Catalyst for a show, and was an easy walk to the pier. The room was nice, bed was comfy, and was clean. The lobby also had a really nice coffee/espresso machine in the lobby which way nicer than the usual room coffee you see. I will
