陶爾之家旅館(Toll House Hotel Los Gatos)

Wonderful stay! From the greeting when I arrived, to the complimentary wine and cookies, and the ultra comfortable room my stay was great. I will stay here again soon.

This hotel is overpriced and understaffed., I waited at check in for 10 minutes for anyone to show up at the reception desk. My television did not work in my room and they did not know how to fix it.:( Location is good.

Nice place, clean and friendly. Right next to downtown shops and restaurants.

The Toll House Los Gatos is a very nice hotel. We had no issues other than the in room safe locking but not unlocking. Conveniently located to downtown Los Gatos and lots within walking distance.

Just a quick overnighter - came up from Ventura county. visiting fiends - the room and the whole atmosphere is good. I reccomend.

Always love coming to this hotel for my annual holiday party in Los Gatos.

Restaurant need an upgrade …having breakfast meetings is important for me

The beds could defiantly use an update, they were not comfortable we had a 2 queens; My daughter and I really couldn’t sleep because the of the low quality of the bed. Additionally, The door that separates the toilet shower area from the wash area was not on the track and it wouldn’t slide. As for breakfast we went down at 800 am, there was no more muffins or pastries just a few scones. There was also some juice and coffee there but no creamer. Luckily the hotel is well placed for and easy to walk around town and find great food, I’m never really reliant on hotel breakfast anyway but it really should have been serviced better. Additionally I like to explore the area and try various cafes/restaurants but this might be helpful for others Front desk staff, big shout out for being awesome.

The hotel was beautiful. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
