博爾德大學汽車旅館(Boulder University Inn)

Our stay was okay except for the fact that we were told breakfast was included, but there was only coffee, nothing to eat. The room was spacious and functional, no heating in the bathroom, though. We had to leave the door to the bedroom open. Color theme of the room was brown. Not very uplifting. The location was great, that’s a real plus and the staff was friendly.

The accommodations were very clean and comfortable. The staff was kind and helpful. The location is unbeatable - easy walking distance to restaurants, shops and CU campus.

The Boulder University Inn is an amazing place. This hotel looks to be one of those independent ma-pa businesses from the late 60s. You know the place, central city location, walking distance from a sites, but otherwise a wreck. This place is a perfectly preserved motel from another era. Everything about it is squeaky clean, and perfectly maintained. Walking distance to Pearl Street where there are tons of restaurants and bars. The service is good and delivered with a cool vibe. I will be staying here again.

We usually don’t stay at motel like places but I trust ********** review ratings so we tried it and it was nice! The bathroom is big which was great. Everything was clean. Easily walkable to pearl st. The only downside is that if you are on the ground floor, you can hear the people above you.

I am not happy with this hotel and have started staying elsewhere. There are several serious complaints that I have. I have stayed here 3 times recently (in the last 6 weeks or so) and this is my complaints: 1. The rooms are never clean. I have received 3 rooms and each and everyone was awfully dirty. The last room even had blood on the comforter. OH MY GOD! What? Who does that? 2. I always find hair in the shower and every single time I have found stuff around the bed. Do they even vaccum? 3. I brought 1 piece of equipment with me, which was a mug press because I had to work. Well, I am a dumby and left it behind (200.00 piece of equipment). I called the hotel about 10 times and continued getting the run around. I emailed and never got a response. Then I showed up 3 different times and was told I had to come at different random timesd (basically anytime but right now) because they had no clue. Regaurdless, it's been a month and I still have not gotten it back. 4. On my last stay, I had to hear some dude beating up his girlfirend at 4 am. Then the homeless were at their camp, which is right behind the hotel, and they were screaming profanities until 6 am (when they probably passed out) and were fighting. It was terrible. I asked for a late check out and was told "No, sorry. We've given out too many and i don't have anymore in me to give. Be out promptly at 11. Goodbye"\ If you can stay elsewhere, please do!

This is an old school motel not a hotel so check your expectations. Seemed recently renovated, did a decent job, room and linens were clean. I chose the location for a one night stay after being in the mountains with my family so we could easily walk to the Pearl St Mall. For that aspect it was awesome. Staff was very friendly, check out at 11am was nice, at 11am asked if we could go grab breakfast and leave our vehicle in the parking lot, no problem. Granted this wasn’t a football game weekend so they were able to accommodate.

The location is good, between University and City center. It is a Motel, no hotel facilities. The room was clean, bed ok. But it is noisy, activity 24/7 in the room above, cars starting their engine outside 0500. The room price is high compared to the comfort.

Nice basic place near everything in downtown boulder. My only complaint was no washcloths (just a couple of towels) and the shower door wouldn't move easily.

Nice little Motel, super convenient to walk to Park Street or the CU campus. Surprisingly clean and updated, decent sized room with separate room with a hide a bed love seat and second TV. Large bathroom with oversized shower. Really quite surprised that it was as nice as it was for the price. The one downside was the pillows, they were pretty bad.
