Located very close to the train station. Gym and swimming pool available for the guest. Good option for the quality and price

Very dirty restaurant with the most basic menu ever like they only serve bread there, plates knifes and forks all dirty and the staff she had the courage to give me a dirty plate you can clearly see no one cares I was thinking to my self if they are like this when they are quiet Imagine when they are busy !! Staff don’t really care…! After spending nearly £600 for staying there for 5 days I can say that was not worth the money !! The toilet was so badly design too you have to have long arms to be able to reach the toilet roll while you seating in the toilet …!

Was not advised that the pool was out of order prior to arrival. Was placed in an adjoining room next to a family. As a solo traveler, I would expect common sense to assign me elsewhere. The room was grubby, stained carpet and dirty walls. I've stayed here several times, but it seems the hotel is gradualy falling into worse and worse disrepair.

It was our anniversary and we chose this hotel mainly because of standard and leisure facilities. We arrived to be told the hotel was closing down and we would have been informed. Had we known before hand we would have changed our booking to a similar hotel but we were not informed until we arrived 2pm on 26/03/23. We were given a lovely room in another hotel but with no leisure facilities. It was such a disappoin**ent despite the 10%discount our anniversary break was ruined. We ended up in our room most of our stay and we’re glad to get home today.

ボンマス海岸へ降りるジグザク道からすぐで便利いい。 受付スタッフ、レストラン、バー、それぞれのスタッフが皆さん笑顔で対応してくれて、気持ちいい。
