房間和環境都挺好，那個印度經理不好，希望大家謹慎入住，或找其它的賓館，不推薦，服務等級差評，差 差 差，小心陷阱

Terrible service called about my deposit bk only to find that the staff put the phone down on me very dirty hotel and had to pay for coffee facilities won't be using again very unhappy

Took more than the 28 days stated to return my £50 deposit. Had to chase them. Shower in the room didn't drain, not a great experience all things considered I would pay more to stay elsewhere in future.

Hotel was in a good location,poor quality beds,I had booked a twin room and when I checked in there was none available I had to upgrade to get twin beds,plus they held £50 for a month shower was poor, I wouldn’t stay again

L’accueil est assez froid, les chambres d’hôtels sont vieilles et même parfois sales. La salle de bains semble correcte au premier abord jusqu’au moment où l’on décide de prendre une douche… qui sera froide puisque l’hôtel semble avoir des difficultés avec l’eau chaude. Impossible de prendre une douche correcte en 4 nuits malgré mes nombreuses demandes à la réception. Le restaurant est également assez peu attirant : nourriture plus que banale, fish&chips sans sauce, etc. Si vous voulez un petit déjeuner typique britannique, ne venez pas dans cet hôtel, ils ne proposent qu’un café (assez mauvais) et du pain de mie plus que classique. Le parking est payant et très cher. Une expérience à éviter! Ah, petit point positif tout de même, l’hôtel est bien situé.

The dirtiest place I've ever stayed in the room looks it hadn't been cleaned in months mould and cobwebs all around windows, mould in bathroom continuously flushing toilet, grumpy man on reception, dirty horrible place to stay , AVOID PEOPLE AVOID

Just the worst hotel, don't stay here. How this place is still open is mind blowing. All the reviews on here are truthful, the only way they will change is if people don't come anymore. Rip off and how they get away with all the extra charges is criminal. Just avoid
