達利·迪恩住宿(Durley Dean)

We paid standard double room. Realised given a compact double room. Hotel totally run down, garden overgrown ****s and grassy. Indoor pool was poorly and dirty. Room pillows uncomfortable, hot and smelly from the kitchen, had to open windows seagulls was noisy we us up. Air con charging £10 (£50 deposit) . Good size shower and water pressure. Has the amenities in the room. Time to change the hotel managers. Hotel feels dirty carpets , poor finishing with paints, chips wood. Breakfast just low qualifies, no varieties , just too basic.

A very easy stay at Durley Dean, myself, my three daughters and the two dogs all shared a family room. The family room had a very comfortable double bed and a set of bunk bed.

The hotel Room was very very dirty and toilet very dirty we make a complain it was terrible

Friendly staff, very good location, rooms clean and comfy bed.

In a competitive area (Bournemouth seems to have 100s of hotels!), Durley Dean is a good budget option. It was a real treat to have a small gym and pool there too, and in the spa, Anna gave me one of the best massages I have ever had, strong recommend to pre-book a treatment or two.

The parking was very expensive and congested. When we pay, but can't do anything if there is no space after go out and come back. Swimming pool pictures are deceiving to show a big pool but it's very small pool, that too with 3,5ft deep. Steam room out of order, sauna works on and off with no temp control working.

The worst 4* hotel I have ever booked. The main outlines of my stay: - The guy in reception was rude, telling me that I need to pay again as my card doesn’t have funds. Even though I paid in full online before getting to the hotel, he was asking me to pay again. When he noticed that was his mistake in reading his system, he just brushed it under the carpet, without even saying sorry. He continued on the same note the whole stay. - The pool is advertised as being heated, but no chance, is cold and full of bleach- my eyes were red due to this - The rooms were small, unpractical layout, dusty, unable to open the window and on top of that the extractor fan was not working, limescale everywhere, rusty shower head (nightmare to have a shower) - The floors all around the hotel were cricking and moving like horror movies (unable to rest, even though I was staying in a Quiet Zone) - The outside of the building is not better, full of spider webs, not painted in ages, not cleaned. For sure I won’t be staying with them again.
