博林格林凱悅嘉軒飯店(Hyatt Place Bowling Green)

Fint hotell, men rommet vi fikk var litt fuktig og Doen var løs. Ellers god service, bra frokost og kort vei til sentrum. Dessverre var vi der på en mandag, så det meste av restauranter var stengt. Forøvrig var det fin by som virket trygg.

Door deadbolt did not work. Staff were informed about the issue but no action was taken. Hairdryer didn’t work. Replaced by staff with a hairdryer which was sticky to the touch (as if something had been spilled on it).

I like that this property is on campus and convenient when we visit our granddaughter at school. C

Our room was clean and comfortable. My only complaint is I wish I’d known the parking situation with the parking garage a little drive from the check in and then trying to figure out a garage that is in desperate need of better signage. After we finally figured it out, we had to walk through the rain hoping we were going to the correct doors because nothing was marked. If we hadn’t seen someone and asked them, I’m not sure how long it would have taken to find the right doors. I was confused at check in and asked if they had a map with instructions and the answer was no. I would suggest getting a map with instructions to print out on an 8.5x11 piece of paper for guests. Besides that, our stay was fine. Not luxurious as I expected but comfortable considering the age of the hotel.

Love that this is so close to the WKU campus. Can just park in the garage and walk where we need to go. Friendly staff, clean rooms, beautiful area. If allergic to down you may want to bring your own pillows. I forgot to do that and woke up stuffy and unable to breathe (my fault!) Will definitely stay again!!

Nice and clean hotel. Windows are not very good with outside sound. Poeple, cars, early morning garbage trucks, very easy to hear even on the 3rd. Floor.

Check in was quick and painless. The view was of frat row on WKU's campus. The reviews were a little misleading on cleanliness when I originally booked. The hair dryer was super sticky and full of lint. Shower had hair on the glass doors from the previous visitor. When I went to use the desk for work, there was a weird glob of sticky that my mouse ran over (gross). The bed was mediocre and too firm for my liking. The town hall clock also plays music every hour for a few minutes that can be heard inside the room when trying to rest. Also the remote was sticky and some of the buttons did not work. The stay overall was not horrible.....just very sticky.

Great room. Very conveniently located next to WKU campus. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

This is a well run Hotel. The people upfront are friendly and helpful. It's the little things that make this place stand out. Fruit infused water as you walk in the lobby. Free coffee (two kinds!) in the morning, a very good breakfast buffet and covered parking all included in the price of your stay. Clean, comfortable and well located in Bowling Green, away from the madness of the mall area.
