Hotel was clean. Room was quiet. Breakfast was very good Staff was helpful and friendly.

Staff professional and friendly. The entire facility was very clean and well kept. More than ample parking. Although the room was smaller than expected, (had to open the door to the room with caution in case someone was going in or out of the bathroom) it was very clean and had all of the expected amenities. Wish I’d brought my ROKU.

Some of the worst customer service ever. The front desk person was rude and offered no assistance

The room was spacious. The hostess was very nice and welcoming. The beds were very comfortable. The television was very nice with streaming abilities. No complaints.

The property seemed poorly maintained. Issues with door key cards, elevator functionality/alarm, and general conditions/cleanliness. Staff was excellent, but it seems they aren’t working in a great situation with the property itself. Unusual for a Fairfield Inn.

Nice, pleasant hotel that was convenient to restaurants, shopping and area attractions. The carpet in the dining area needs to be replaced if it can't be cleaned. Same with the fabric on the booths in the dining area. Our shower needed to be cleaned better. There was a lot of the pink bacteria on the walls of the shower. A simple scrub brush would have taken care of it. I used a washcloth to scrub most of it off. The breakfast was good and the staff were friendly. The beds were comfortable, but they bed skirts look worn and tired. I would still stay here again. They were one of the more expensive hotels and given it needs some updating they might consider a price drop.

Very nice hotel. But outdoor gas fire pit was broken and was also broken last year.

Very nice. Property was well maintained and staff was nice. Even breakfast staff was welcoming.
