I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the experience my family and I had during our recent stay at your hotel from November 12th to the 18th.
On the first night of our stay, everything seemed to be going well until I was abruptly woken up by severe itching on my scalp, arms, and legs. To my horror, I discovered that I had been bitten by bed bugs. This was incredibly distressing and ruined our experience at your hotel.
I immediately informed the front desk about the situation, and we were moved to a different room the next day. I appreciate that the hotel covered the cost of washing our clothes, but the inconvenience and discomfort we experienced cannot be overstated.
At the time, I chose not to make a scene or ask for additional compensation because I did not want to cause any further trouble during our stay. However, the impact of this experience has lingered, and I feel that it is only fair to request a full or partial refund for our stay.
I am disheartened to report that my attempts to seek redress for this issue have been met with resistance from your staff. I spent over $1000 at your hotel, and the reality of our stay being marred by bed bugs in room 712 is something that I cannot overlook.
I urge you to take this matter seriously and address it with the utmost urgency. The presence of bed bugs in a hotel room is completely unacceptable and reflects poorly on the cleanliness and maintenance of your establis
