博茲曼希爾頓花園飯店(Hilton Garden Inn Bozeman)

We came into Bozeman for the weekend. The hotel was conveniently located next to shopping and food options. The rooms were very clean as well as the hotel itself. The kids had tons of fun swimming in the pool!

Room furnishings rather cool to my taste. Cost of $289 was expensive but this is typical in Bozeman.

Stayed at this place on 6/13 to 6/14 with my daughter. Was placed to room 204 next to mechanical room and vibrating sound coming from the rooftop in front of the window. Absolutely horrible loud sound and front dest refusing to change the room. Never will stay here again. We are valued members with Hilton to get such a horrible trea**ent! Paid $380 for this. Update from 6/14 morning conversation with hotel manager Patrick: was told it is not near the mechanical room. Really? It sounds like you do not know your hotel rooms location at all! I made a video of the room location next door to the left that is absolutely maintenance/mechanical room with buzzing sounds but you ran away to avoid further conversation! I can not believe how can you lie about it to a client and be so rude and unprofessional ??!! In state of emergency you still charged me $380 for this 204 horrible room! You need to tell to the customers upfront that they will not be able to sleep at night at your hotel instead of harassing them! I’m waiting for the refund for ruined night sleep.

We booked a room here for our college aged kids, as they were flying out of Bozeman at 5:45 am and we live somewhat far from the airport. The property advertises that it has airport shuttle service, but upon arrival, the front desk staff informed us that they were understaffed and were not able to run the shuttle. We enquired about alternative transportation of taxi's, private cars, uber etc. The gentleman at the desk was not at all helpful...gave us a couple of cards to call and basically said there was nothing he could do. The drivers he referred us to never answered the calls nor called us back. Finally his co-worker helped us but suggesting that we pre-book an uber ( that is not an option in many markets...but apparently it is in Bozeman), so we were able to make that work. I was shocked that the staff were not better prepared to handle that lack of airport shuttle with alternative transportation arrangements.

We stay at this place everytime we are in Bozeman (8-9 times over the last few years). We continue to be placed by the workout room and it is noisy. (Room144) I am a Hilton Honors member and have asked not to be put in this room on a couple of occasions. Last night we stopped in the bar to have a glass of wine and it took over 10 min for someone to acknowledge us, she left a wine list and never came back so we left. We like this hotel because of the location, the comfort of the rooms but we may seek other arrangements next time. As I am writing this I can plainly hear someone running on a treadmill!

Great place. Very clean, spacy room, professional staff... just very nice overall.

Non smoking room smelled like an ashy tray, was not cleaned well at all

Restaurant was closed, bar was closed….on a Saturday night? When would it all be open? Staff is very standoff-ish. Will not be back!

The Hilton Garden Inn is usually a reliable and hitch- free choice. However, this time in Bozeman , the room caused annoyances. The WiFi did not work, the side lights in the bathroom were not functioning and the reading light by the bed would not go off. We told the front desk about this but nothing was done to remedy this.
