We booked a room here for our college aged kids, as they were flying out of Bozeman at 5:45 am and we live somewhat far from the airport. The property advertises that it has airport shuttle service, but upon arrival, the front desk staff informed us that they were understaffed and were not able to run the shuttle. We enquired about alternative transportation of taxi's, private cars, uber etc. The gentleman at the desk was not at all helpful...gave us a couple of cards to call and basically said there was nothing he could do. The drivers he referred us to never answered the calls nor called us back. Finally his co-worker helped us but suggesting that we pre-book an uber ( that is not an option in many markets...but apparently it is in Bozeman), so we were able to make that work. I was shocked that the staff were not better prepared to handle that lack of airport shuttle with alternative transportation arrangements.
