薩凡納海灘俱樂部 Spa 飯店(Savannah Beach Club Hotel & Spa)

L'hotel è grande e molto complicato da girare. Una serie di corridoi scale e indicazioni non molto chiare. Non 4 stelle comunque. Vantaggi: bella spiaggia ma ha i sassi sott'acqua ed è difficile entrare con i piedi nudi. Belle le camere piano terra fronte spiaggia per la vista e il balcone davanti al prato e al mare. Vicino ci sono un ristorante italiano e uno caraibico. Svantaggi: personale spiccio e poco disponibile percorsi esterni sempre bagnati dove camminare, bar sulla spiaggia che a pranzo non offre spuntini ma solo pranzo a buffet a 125 dollari locali. La colazione non è molto buona ed il buffet è in una sala separata dai tavoli con porte scomode per uscire con le mani occupate. Gentile la ragazza che fa le omelettes.

Pour commencer par les points positifs de ce séjour, il faut souligner le charme et le calme de l’hôtel. Le chef, Ronald, veille sur les cuisines et n’hésite pas à se rapprocher de tous les clients, aux différents repas, pour savoir si tout se passe bien. Enfin, l’hôtel dispose d’une jolie plage avec de beaux arbres matures, et se trouve à proximité de Bridgetown et de Pebbles Beach. En saison de ponte des tortues, vous pourrez apercevoir plusieurs tortues juvéniles tout juste sorties de leur coquille ! Le principal point décevant concerne l’accès à la mer : il est impossible de se baigner directement sur le site, car le fond de l’eau est plein de cailloux, glissants ou tranchants. Il faut donc aller, à pied depuis la plage, soit à la plage de l’hôtel Sugar Bay (5 minutes) soit à celle du Hilton (10 minutes), pour se baigner. Aucun accès aux chaises longues à ces hôtels, puisque nous n’y sommes pas clients (un partenariat serait utile). Par ailleurs, d’autres éléments sont perfectibles : - c’est un tout inclus qui n’inclue pas les boissons dans le frigo de la chambre, même pas de bouteilles d’eau (on peut acheter des bouteilles d’eau au bar) ; - au petit déjeuner, vous aurez parfois le droit d’être servi à table un verre d’eau, et vous serez parfois (rudement) invité à aller vous servir à la fontaine. Et selon les jours, certains seront servis et d’autres non, c’est un double standard ; - II y a 3 restaurants, mais ils ouvrent par rotation (1 par jour lors de notre séjour) ; - la boutique de l’hôtel est restée fermée pendant tout le séjour (pas assez de clients d’après l’hôtel) ; - l’hôtel s’appelle SPA…mais il n’y a pas (pour le moment ?) de SPA ; - la salle de sport est ouverte, mais l’humidité est tellement forte que les poids ont rouillé et sont entourés de papier ; - II n’y a que le matin du départ que vous pourrez savoir si le late check out est disponible (prix 150 $US).

No es práctica para un viaje con destino playa ya que tiene muchas escaleras, la playa del hotel tiene piedras no se puede bañar y no está en un area de actividad nocturna y no ofrece muchas amenidades por su precio

Ok standard, men feil på en heis, dyr mat til lunsj, strand med dårlige svømme muligheter. Artig kolonial stil, fint bassengområde. Aper på frokosten.

The property was very clean but the alcohol hurt my stomach both times I had it. Dining was limited and for late night arrivals there’s not even a vending machine open past 8pm. Staff advised to not walk the streets at night so you might go to bed hungry. The beds only have a single sheet on them no comforters. Good water pressure though unlike Accra.

The Savannah Beach Resort exceeded all expectations with its exceptional service. From the warm welcome at check-in with Theresa setting the bar to the highest standard, and the personalized attention throughout our stay, the staff went above and beyond to ensure every need was met promptly and with a smile Their dedication to customer satisfaction truly made our experience extraordinary. We can’t wait to return and indulge in their unparalleled hospitality once again. Highly recommended for a memorable getaway filled with attentive care and genuine warmth.

I had not eaten all day and the restaurant was fully booked. They said I would have to wait for everyone to be served before I could order to go and then told me the only thing I wanted ( cheese plate) was not available. The buffet the next day was unappealing and expensive so I didn’t eat there.

My experience at the Savanna Hotel in Barbados was mixed. The rooms, especially the showers, were disappointing, resembling outdated conditions with rusted fixtures and cracked tiles. While the AC in one room worked, the other required five days for maintenance since my check-in on the 24th. Service varied among staff, with some being helpful and friendly, but others in need of an attitude readjus**ent. The all-inclusive food service lacked diversity, primarily centered around pork, and there was minimal consideration for dietary needs. The daily menu remained unchanged. As an early riser, I faced challenges with the lack of coffee, water, and beverages before 7:30 am or even later. Accessing coffee required climbing five flights of stairs, and it wasn’t promptly available. Surprisingly, the hotel lacked room service, a departure from my experiences in other Caribbean hotels. On a safety note, the floors were excessively slippery; my son, recovering from a football injury, slipped and fell with no assistance available. Overall, while the Savanna Hotel has no merits, improvements are needed in various aspects to enhance guest experience and safety. In our rooms there were sights of cockroaches the place was very unsanitary.

Excellent beach front and pool. Nice property. There were surprise expenses that somewhat tarnished an otherwise excellent stay.
