The beach view is great! we stayed here for 3 nights, all foods are tasty 😋 staffers are nice and customer friendly. We will come back for sure!👍

Staff are extremely friendly and accommodating but services needs more organizing. Breakfast area needs to be more clean and they should do something about the flies. Lobby areas should be mopped up everyday, we had to call for service after somone left footprints for almost an entire day. Besides that our stay was enjoyable. Good location !

I was just going through my e-mails and realized I never responded. Unfortunately the evening I arrived and the following day were very upsetting for me. The room I was given was not ocean front and next to restaurants and entertainment. Did not sleep the 1st night. On the second day i was given a great room and away from the entertainment. The rest of my stay was very relaxing and enjoyable. The staff at the Sugar Bay are some of the kindest people I have met throughout my travels over the years. Kind, hard working, friendly and accommodating. The food is excellent and you are given a variety of choices. At the end of my stay I was so sorry to go. I can’t wait to return. Barbados is beautiful and the Sugar Bay is the place to stay if you want a real authentic feel of the island.

My partner and I stayed at Sugar Bay for 5 nights and it was such a wonderful experience. The staff are amazing and truly made the stay exceptional. Although this is a kid friendly resort, we never had any issues with kids running around or being excessively loud. The resort offers daily entertainment during the evening and many water activities during the day. They even offer swimming with the horses which is a wonderful experience. The staff at the front desk offered suggestions for activities and helped us to book taxis. It wasn’t over crowded and activities for all ages are available. The food and drinks were superb! They do offer 4 restaurants but it’s important to note, you can only enjoy one of the two A la cart restaurants for free if your stay is shorter than 6 nights. You can dine at the other A la Cart for a small fee. But not to worry, the Reef, a buffet style restaurant offers a different menu every day and for each meal (breakfast/lunch/dinner). The chefs at Sugar Bay are nothing short of amazing in the kitchen so you will not be disappointed. Another important thing to note is that the water surrounding the resort was a bit rough compared to when we were touring the west coast. However, it definitely doesn’t impact the water activities or swimming. All in all, I would rate our stay 10/10. Hope this helps anyone planning a stay at Sugar Bay!

Great service above all. From check in to dining to bar service to checkout…all impeccable! Great service culture! And for an all inclusive, food is way above average in quality and variety. Kudos to hotel management

I stayed at Sugar Bay hotel with my husband for his birthday and we had an amazing experience. They were all in great communication and at every restaurant they knew it was his birthday and brought him cake and bottles! They made him feel very special. The food at the Reef was great and the coffee from the self serve station was incredibly good. The drinks were all very good as well. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was truly amazing and very kind and friendly. I will definitely recommend this to anyone visiting Bim.

The resort was great, the staff were amazing and were friendly and polite. The food some of the best we have had at an all inclusive anywhere and we travel frequently. Beach was very good to swim at and within 10 minutes walk you could change things up a little and spend the day snorkling with turtles and sting rays at beautifully amazing beach. We walked to town, only 30 minutes or took there van buses, only a couple of dollars per person Barbados is an island you want to put on your bucket list, just a wonderful holiday.

It's a smaller resort but it feels private and safe. It has great facilities and the staff works hard to make it fun for everyone. The beach is wonderful. I recommend this resort.

We really enjoyed the food at the Colin's. Staff and service was good. Cleanliness was fantastic. Sand flies were pretty bad and no hand towels or dryers in the public washrooms which left the use of kleenex to dry your hands.
