Very short walk to beach. Beach towels available at front desk to sign out and return daily. Very pleasant staff. Eateries available within walking distance from 1/4 mile to 1.3 miles. Plenty of parking available on second level if first level of garage full. Shuttle available to nearby ******s & historic Smithville. With knowledgeable and pleasant drivers.

Comfortable bedroom and two bathrooms. Clean and modern kitchen appliances. Rooftop area with small pool was nice.
